Warmth and sunlight find every corner of this beautiful home in West Hyannisport, fantastically situated within walking distance of town and a private neighborhood beach. At the end of each gorgeous day on the Cape, come home to a spacious yard, a firepit, and wonderful decks offering both sun and shade.

This single-story home enjoys a prime location in Seaside Park, a private neighborhood with its own beach and picnic area on the water. It's a perfect location for walking, with Covell's Beach, Craigville Beach, Hyannisport, and the famous Kennedy Compound all within a mile. Melody Tent, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, and McKeon Park (the summertime home of the Hyannis Harbor Hawks) are less than three miles away as well.

Between the expansive yards out front and in back, the shaded porch, and the sun-splashed deck, this home is a joy to return to after a day at the beach. Sit back in an Adirondack chair with a good book, watch your kids play tag in the grass, and set the outdoor table for an al fresco sunset dinner.

White walls, generous windows, and thoughtfully placed skylights fill the house with light. Make yourself at home in an inviting living room with plush seating and a TV for your entertainment. An open dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a laundry room round out the home essentials.

In the evenings, take your pick of four bedrooms (three with TVs and direct access to the back deck), including a primary suite with its own bathroom. Central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi are provided for your comfort and convenience as well.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
