Designed and newly renovated with guests' comfort and ease in mind, this immaculate, quintessential Cape Cod house is a vacationer's dream come true. The entire interior is newly painted, the fully equipped kitchen has been totally remodeled with all new appliances, and all bathrooms have been updated or totally remodeled. It also includes the following: new washer/dryer, central AC, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable, flat screen TV's, gas grill, brand new outdoor shower, and linens and towels provided. There are four bedrooms, one king, one queen, two twin bedrooms, and a den with a fulls size sleep sofa.
Outside enjoy three outdoor spaces, including a completely fenced in dining area and private side yard, and a front yard bordered by a privet hedge.

This property is a five minute walk to Keyes Beach and a slightly longer walk to other beaches. One mile away you'll find Hyannis Harbor with several restaurants, seasonal art galleries, fishing charters, and ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vinyard. Main Street is one mile away where you'll find buzzing activity with shopping, restaurants, pubs, The Kennedy Museum, the Melody Tent, and more. Other activities available include whale watching trips, golf, tennis, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, and boat charters or rentals. The transportation Center and the Hyannis Airport are minutes away by car. For your convenience, we have compiled a notebook listing many of these activities and contact numbers.

very conveniently located to 3 beaches. Could walk to Keyes (Sea St) beach; 2 others about 5 mins away. Town was 10 mins. It was great having all the bathrooms for our group of 8. Outdoor shower has hot and cold water- a pjus. Good yard for kids to run around in. Can't really hear street noise from inside house either. Hosts are responsive. Would recommend

Another great vacation!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful this time. It’s within walking distance to Keyes Beach and Main Street, has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a fenced in yard which is perfect for little kids. The property manager is wonderful and very responsive. Only positive things to say!

The house was as described

House was large and spacious. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Place was conveniently located-just a couple of blocks to the beach and to town. We were a group ages 6 to 74 and felt comfortable.

Amazing Cape house !

By far, one of the best places we have ever stayed! The house is clean, spacious, tons of bathrooms, and in the perfect location. Walkable to Keyes beach, which was amazing for all of our toddlers, and to Main Street, with all the restaurants, shops, etc. The property manager was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We would love to come back again and stay here next year!!

Beautiful Home, Great Location!

Such a spacious, beautiful clean home in a great location with walking distance to beach and town. It was perfect for our family reunion where we had many people coming from out of state (this was one of two houses we rented). Lots of space and having 6 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower was so great! Beautiful yard to hang out in every night. Host was very responsive throughout the process. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect home!

The home, the location, and the amenities were perfect! We have stayed in VRBOs all over the United States and Europe and this is one of the loveliest. The home is completely remodeled and beautifully appointed – a lovely, clean, welcoming feel. It’s a five minute walk to the beach, close to the harbor and Main Street. The owner and property manager were great- very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this wonderful home!

Lovely property near the sea

Wonderful, Could not be closer to the beach without being on the beach. All bedrooms were comfortable. Multiple areas to hang out in small groups. Kitchen area was roomy and well-thought out. One bedroom was actually a pullout couch which created a a small challenge. Property manager and owner were super gracious and cooperative.

385 Sea St was fabulous!

Our family (6 adults and 2 toddlers) loved the house and the proximity to the beach. Keyes Beach was perfect for us, especially the little ones. The house was perfectly clean. The adults in our family loved having their own bathrooms. There was one minor issue with the frig but the owners/manager fixed it immediately. They were very responsive and friendly. Would recommend this house to any family!

Multi-Family Return Visit

This is our second week-long stay for July 4th at the house with my family and my Brother-in-law's family. We range from our 30s to our 80s and all love the house. It gives us privacy when we need it but easy spaces to all be together. We do a good amount of cooking but also love the ability to get where we need to go. The 5 minute walk to Keyes beach lets us all go on our own schedules. Working with Deb and the Ashworths is always so pleasant and they are really here to make guests' stays the best they can be. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great Trip to the Cape!

Our vacation and stay at this property was excellent! Property was as listed and a great space for a multi-generational family to stay. Clean and beautifully renovated making it very up-to-date! Having so many bathrooms was amazing and made everything very easy. We especially loved the outdoor shower for the kids after returning from the beach. Great communication with the property manager and owner. Quick to respond and very helpful. Very close to multiple beaches, one 5 minute walk, making it very convenient even for our toddlers. Extra items like the high chair, pack and play, beach chairs and beach towels made packing and life easy to settle right in. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family Retreat on Cape Cod

Our extended family, including two lively youngsters aged 3 and 4, had a fantastic week at this Cape Cod gem from Aug 12-19, 2023. This meticulously designed and recently renovated VRBO property exceeded our expectations. The spacious five-bedroom layout accommodated us perfectly, providing ample room for both group gatherings and personal relaxation. The well-stocked kitchen felt like a home away from home, making meal preparation a breeze. The fenced-in backyard was a hit, especially with the kids, offering a secure and fun play area. The nearby beach, just a short walk away, was ideal for family outings, and its proximity to Hyannis Harbor and Main Street added convenience. The central air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay. Ample storage space and the light, airy atmosphere were a welcome touch. A huge plus were the multiple recently-renovated bathrooms, each room had its own designated bathroom, making morning routines a breeze and eliminating any potential wait times. The owner's friendly check-in at the start made us feel valued and appreciated. In summary, this Cape Cod VRBO property is perfect for family getaways with kids. We highly recommend it for its comfort, convenience, and quintessential Cape Cod experience. Our week here was magical, and we can't wait to return. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise!

Charming home Close to the beach

We stumbled upon this house when looking for properties in Hyannis. It was a great choice! Communication with the property owner was easy, she answered many questions about the house and the area. Thew was freshly cleaned when we arrived and as expected. Worked for a our group of 8. Kitchen and bathroom looks recently remolded which were all very nice. It was about a 4 min walk to the closet beach, Keyes. Never too busy! The AC worked great, sometimes too great as other were cold and some were warm, and extra blanket would be nice if you tend to be cold. I highly recommend Tugboats for dinner out on the deck. The Black Cat was also a fav of our group.

Nice house and location

This house was super clean and large enough for 6 adults and 3 children. It was close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The outdoor shower was a huge hit as well as the nice yard. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We appreciate the welcoming card and Prosecco. We had a wonderful week.

Perfect location

With Keyes beach a few steps away, the harbor, town and more beaches so close, it’s ideal. Shady back patio for dinners was really nice. So clean with 5.5 renovated bathrooms!
