Excellent location. Great extra amenities: gas grill, a/c units in all upstairs bedrooms, 6 kayaks, paddles, and life jackets to enjoy the very clean Boyne River. Only really one parking space for a compact car and only one shower if you are over 5’4”

Calm and peaceful

Stayed for a long weekend with my wife, kids, in-laws and brother-in-law. It was a great experience. The covered patio out back was a great hang out spot that everyone enjoyed. The river and the short walk to downtown meant we always had something to do. I would highly recommend this property.
