Inside, you'll find a cozy and inviting living room, complete with a super comfortable sectional sofa that's perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Relax on comfortable shabby chic furnishings, enjoy movie nights on the HDTV, or challenge each other to one of the many table and card games included. The fully stocked kitchen, propane grill and large table are perfect for cooking and savoring family meals. With a new central air conditioning system, you will keep cool and comfortable following long summer days in the Cape Cod heat.

Your beach house features three comfortable, airy, and bright bedrooms, including two queen beds and two twin beds. The home providing ample sleeping space for up to six guests. You'll even find a twin daybed on the window wrapped front porch to lounge on after a long day in the sun. One pack and play is included for families with little ones. The freshly painted bathroom is complete with new flooring, a shower, bathtub, and fresh towels for your convenience. New bed linens are provided as well, ensuring you have everything you need to relax and fully enjoy your vacation.

To enhance your stay, you are also provided with boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, and a wagon to transport everything you need to and from the beach. And when you're ready to come back home, rinse off in the convenient private outdoor shower.

On-site parking for up to three cars, so you can bring the whole family along. Park your car and forget about it for the week – everything you need is a quick walk away. You'll find plenty of dining and entertainment options within walking distance, including the Pelham House and Ocean House, both 5-10 minutes away, respectively. Indulge in a sweet treat from Sundae School Ice Cream (9-minute walk) or have a drink at Sailing Cow (14-minute walk). If you need to stock up on supplies, stores such as Stop & Shop, Marshalls, and gas stations are located just about 3 miles away.
