This house in High Springs is situated on a quiet 5 acre farm lot with a large pool, and wonderful outdoor space. This immaculate space is perfect for the weekend getaway or a monthly rental. With a dedicated office, this is perfect for the guest who wants to work from home during the day, and enjoy central FL's adventures in the afternoon. Only an 8 minute drive to downtown High Springs, 10 mins to Poe Springs, 15 mins to Ginnie Springs, and numerous other local attractions.
Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a dedicated office. The outdoor space includes a large patio with furniture, and a large pool. The property also include an RV hook up by the barn with is available at an additional cost.
We believe in giving our guests their privacy however if something should come back we are only a message or call away!
• Quiet time after 10 p.m.
• We want you to make yourself at home, so if you move items during your stay please make sure they are back in their original placement prior to check out.
• Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is correct. If you have additional overnight visitors please notify your hosts.
• No events unless coordinated with the host.
• No smoking. If smoke is detected after check out an additional $500 charge will be applied to your reservation.
• If your pups join you we asked that they stay off the furniture. If you leave them at home, please bring a crate to reduce the risk of damage to the properly. Please clean up after them in the yard, and dispose of the waste in the trash can. Lastly, we work hard to maintain nice yard, so please no digging. A charge will be applied if the yard is damaged.
• Laundry is available in the home, and free of charge but please only wash linens, towels, or clothing. Any pet laundry is prohibited.
