Windows on three sides allow sunlight and views of the mountains in all directions. The decor, reminiscent of Breckenridge's mining and frontier history, provides the perfect environment for a relaxing vacation. The remodeled well-equipped kitchen has all new appliances and from the kitchen window you can watch the skiers returning home on the ski run or hikers and mountain bikers enjoying the trail in the summer. In warm weather, open the windows or the rear sliding balcony door to listen to Sawmill Creek flowing through the wetlands. The wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and a romantic touch to the living room, perfect for wintertime or other cool evenings.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
