We had a wonderful time staying at Singing Waters! The location was perfect! This was one of the most well-appointed houses that we've rented. The attention to detail and cleanliness were amazing. Kim was a phenomenal host! Thank you so much for having us!

The pictures are exactly how you will find this home. The remodel is first class, the river view amazing. A native of Roseburg, our family stayed here while visiting family. Very peaceful..hosts were very responsive.

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our annual family reunion about a mile past this house. We had our family all together and really enjoyed being close to family here. The house has a wonderful kitchen and great layout. We did not cook there as we had most of our family meals at farm up the road. I would highly recommend for families. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful home by the River

We so enjoyed out time in the home. Sat outside ever night and enjoyed the view and hearing the river. Only drawback was sprinklers coming on as we were walking down to see the river at 8 pm. Other than that it wa one of our favorite places to stay. We will be back

Hidden Gem

This property was a really great find for my family and me. The house has been recently remodeled and it has been done really well. Clean house, nice appliances, great beds, big showers, great location. As a fisherman, the best part about this property was its location on the North Umpqua. World class fishing right out the back door. We hope to be back one day. On top of everything, Ryan and Kim were great hosts and very friendly. I wish them the best.
