About this property
Vacation Beach House on the Ocean
Located on the Northern California banana belt just before Oregon awaits you an Ocean front vacation get away for a short or long stay. Go for a walk, fish or just relax as the ambiance overtakes you. Beach access 1.5 miles south at 15100 US-101, Smith River, CA 95567. By night stay warm by the outdoor fire pit with wine after preparing a beautiful meal while gazing into the ocean sunset. Have dessert on your secluded patio or in front of the fire pit. Get cozy with your favorite book.
The space
My home is fully upscale and furnished with all standard amenities and a lot of extras (cappuccino machine, orange juice press, upscale dishes and cooking pans, piano, etc.
Guest access
Full security front door entrance with guest bathroom and new washing machine and dryer downstairs. Upstairs 2 bedrooms full complete kitchen living room and dining room. Outside balcony furnished for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.
Other things to note
To access the beach, walk to the right outside of the driveway turn right immediately into the next driveway and halfway in the middle of the cul-de-sac is beach access for residents and guest only.

Clean, comfortable, private and breathtakingly beautiful.
Last minute quick trip turned out perfect. The host was great to communicate with and accommodating. We had some plans to spend time in Brookings but ultimately decided to stay at the house and enjoy it and the views.

My favorite rental yet!
This place was so incredible. Direct oceanfront on the Pacific Ocean with the most insane sunset. It didn’t feel real. It was perfectly clean and great location to visit either Redwoods or Oregon Coast. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

This home is nice and has a great location on the ocean. The sound of waves pleasantly sing their lullaby.
It is on the 101 so one hears the Highway in the second bedroom. It is arranged for a single and has whimsical balloon and branch lighting. Over all We would recommend this STR.
