Two spacious bedrooms with ample living space and a gourmet kitchen right in the heart of downtown Salida, this gorgeously furnished condo will not disappoint!

Situated in the heart of downtown Salida, Edna's Place is the perfect location to experience everything the area has to offer. With amazing views of S Mountain and only 2 blocks away from the Arkansas River, this beautifully furnished, remodeled condo provides easy access to shopping, mountain biking, art galleries, hiking, breweries, fly fishing, restaurants, skiing and more.

I give my guests space but am available when needed

Since we are located right in the middle of downtown, you can easily walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, galleries, Arkansas River, grocery store, etc.

We are 20 miles from Monarch Ski Resort.

Note that since we are downtown, there is the potential for noise. The city of Salida has a noise ordinance though so bars are not allowed to have music past 10 PM, unless they are granted a special event permit, which is rare.
Our condo is on the second story, and please note that there is no elevator so you will need to walk up a staircase to reach the condo.
Easy 2 hour free street parking available just outside the building entrance. Free extended parking is nearby. See parking map at the Salida Chamber Website - online search “Salida Chamber Parking Map”.

Please no pets, no smoking, and no events or parties. Our TV is HDTV with Roku so you can access your own accounts. We provide a Keurig coffee maker with pods, as well as a drip coffee maker if you prefer that, though you'll need to bring your own grounds if you choose to use that.

Perfect Downtown Location

I absolutely loved my stay at this adorable downtown Salida apartment! The location couldn’t be better; steps away from great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The space itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a full kitchen that made it easy to feel right at home. It was the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salida!

We loved the location! The unit was tastefully decorated, had wood floors and exposed brick. The beds were very comfortable and the beautiful kitchen was fully equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable and well appointed centrally located apt

We had such an incredible time at Edna’s place in downtown Salida! You couldn’t get more central than this! The apartment was clean, spacious, cozy, modern, gorgeous views of the mountains of Tenderfoot (“S” Mountain), and the food our couch was perfect for our 16 year old son. The sheets and towels were high quality and we didn’t have any trouble finding what we needed. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to be central, feel at home, and want a well-appointed apartment with all of the amenities you be a think of. The AC was great to have on those hot days!

Great Stay in Salida

We visited Salida for the first time in June 2024 and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Edna's Place is in easy walking distance to nearly everything near downtown. We had easy walks to the Arkansas River, Boathouse Cantina, music in the riverside park, restaurants, etc. The apartment was very well furnished with quality dishes and glassware and kitchen utensils, a drip coffee maker, tea kettle and Keurig. We washed two loads of laundry and the appliances were easy to use. Jess was in constant communication to see if we had any needs. The entry to the unit was easy to manage. The condo is on the main street in town, so when big trucks go by there is some street noise. The bar next door had a band one night that could be heard in the condo (this is a good thing or a bad thing depending on your viewpoint) but the music ended by 10:00 so all good. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would readily stay here again. The high rankings for Edna's Place are well earned.
