Tucked into the quiet corner of downtown Salida, our riverfront condominium offers easy access to all the shops, galleries, and restaurants of downtown, as well as mountain views and a balcony over the river. Hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from downtown, and Monarch Ski Area is just 20 miles away!
Private parking lot surrounds the condo complex on First Street.

Want to stay in and cook? You’ll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen and dining in the spacious living area or out on the deck over the river. Or order curbside pick-up or delivery from one of Salida's many nearby restaurants. The deck has morning sunshine and afternoon shade--so it's pretty much perfect all summer long!

The area is known as the Heart of the Rockies, and it will beckon you to its mountains, streams, and breathtaking scenery - or you can just relax and enjoy the scenery from the comfort of your deck.
There are hundreds of hiking and mountain biking trails located right in and around Salida, and lots more - including the Continental Divide Trail and the Colorado Trail - within a short drive.
Numerous local attractions and events will keep you busy, or just enjoy the peace and quiet of our historic mountain community.

Arkansas River Perch

Wonderful apartment overlooking the Arkansas River. From the balcony we watched boats with fly fishermen every morning; in the afternoon we watched rafts and people on water tubes—all right there from the balcony. The unit was very comfortable and well equipped. We will definitely stay the next time in Salida!

Excellent Host, Location, Place

We have stayed at the condos rented to us by Jess and the team at StayInSalida before, and were very pleased with the accommodations AGAIN! The condo is so beautiful, and the location on the river is stunning. The team is awesome, especially housekeeping because the place was so clean upon arrival! ALSO, Jess always follows up with any questions or concerns you might have. Thank you Jess and team, we will be back!

AMAZING RENTAL

We can not say enough fabulous things about this rental!! The condo is spacious, gorgeously decorated, extremely well-appointed with anything you might need and in the PERFECT location! Quiet yet so close to the little downtown area of Salida that you can walk straight from the condo. Management was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful with tips of things to do in the area. We WILL be back!
