A Beach Paradise is an oasis right on Mission Beach and awaits your arrival. With traquill settings and amazing views of the Pacific Ocean, you will feel so relaxed and ready to unwind, have fun and enjoy all the ammenities that Mission Beach has to offer. This condo is on the 2nd floor with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. The amazing qualities is that it's just a short walk to many shops and restaurants. Walk down a few steps and out the front door and you're on the beach. This condo sits right on the boardwalk and has it's own private balcony for you to sit out and enjoy people watching, surfers, and even our friendly dolphins that ride the waves right in front of you. If you fancy a walk to the bay it's just right across the blvd where you can also see the fireworks from Sea World ( Pending yearly, but have been offered lately) Enojoy the World Famous San Diego Zoo. There is even a small amusement park with roller coaster, and many new rides for the entire family to enjoy. Meanwhile, you do have all the luxuries of home, including a full size washer/dryer, Beach chairs and umbrella too. There are two private off street parking spaces as well.
There is a common area on the first floor to sit and relax and watch the sunset. Call today and let your dream vacation begin.
Parking: This unit one exterior space for at least a large SUV. Or if you have 2 regular size cars, parking for 2.

There was absolutely nothing in the fridge like condiments, etc. the kitchen supplies were pretty limited and the place was very worn- chairs peeling inside the home, everything was rusting badly and the master had the tiniest bed ever. The pictures look like things are brand new, but they aren’t.

The location of the Beach House can’t be beat. It was amazing to wake up to the ocean and have all the people watching just outside on the boardwalk. I can’t say enough amazing things about Cindy the property manager. She was an absolute pleasure to work with an exceptionally available Via text. There were a couple of minor things that needed to be dealt with while we were there, like the shower in the master bedroom not working properly, which was a minimal deal since there were two bathrooms. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

First off the managers communication was great. But the condo was not in great shape. It had rust everywhere inside and out. It was not what I was expecting for a 9.8 star rating. Its a good location and its ok but know in advance its not great.

Baby Shower Celebrations

Hello! Our host was great to communicate with and was prompt to respond. The only feedback I have is for the faucet handles to be fixed as they are extremely difficult to turn on in the master bathroom; there was also some pretty banged up chairs and pillows in the house that definitely could be upgraded and replaced. Everything else was great and we would stay there again.

Perfect location!

This property was perfect for family fun! We were able to walk almost everywhere and our children enjoyed the beach, Belmont Park and all the fun attractions just blocks from the front door. Can’t wait to come back!
