Steps to the Beach!! Come stay in this newly built Jax Beach town home. It is in the perfect location walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and the ocean! Enjoy the outdoor dining area in the private backyard with family and friends. This home is Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes Smart TVs, fast 500 mbps WIFI, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen



The Space:

Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops, Native Sun grocery stores, and an assortment of restaurants.

The kitchen is complete with cooking ware, full dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You get to enjoy the private fenced in backyard all to yourself with lounging furniture and a grill.

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.



First Floor:

4th bedroom flex: 2 pull out twin beds with workspace and access to outdoor backyard

Both of the clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Beach towels are provided. You can comfortably sleep 8 people!



We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.



This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Getting Around:

There is a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons within walking distance away. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.

My coworkers and I enjoyed our stay at this very clean and convenient property to the beach and all of the necessities! The beds were comfortable, property was clean, lots of room to spread out and anything you could want is within walking distance or a very short drive! We look forward to coming back someday.

Lovely beach house two blocks from the beach

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. The place is extremely clean with lovely decor. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen appliances seemed new and clean and very nice. Would stay there again!

We had a wonderful time visiting with our four kids in Jacksonville Beach. This four bedroom townhouse was just perfect for us. It was beautiful and clean and we had the best time! We loved our time there and hope to return soon!!

Relaxing Beach Time

Our family had a wonderful long weekend at this perfectly located condo. We were 1 block from the beach and the condo included everything we needed to have a great day at the beach. The kitchen was well accessorized and the decor was beautiful.

Thanksgiving week in FL

Clean and well appointed unit close to the beach and quick drive to Atlantic Beach restaurants. Everything you need from coffee to laundry. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. We didn't use the outdoor amenities as it was pretty cold for FL. Excellent communication with Coco at the management company. Great recommendations in their guide book. Highly recommend.

Simply perfect!

We spent 2 months at this house and absolutely loved it! Practically right between Neptune Beach and Jax Beach, we could walk or bike to either very easily to either go for dinner or go to the festivals in Jax Beach. The beautiful beach is 2 very small blocks down the street. The place is very clean and extremely well equipped to cook at home if you want. The open concept is awesome, with a bright and large living room beside a large dinning table and a very functional kitchen with an island. We will be back!

Great House

My kids and I travel to Jacksonville Beach every year for a week and usually stay around the same area. The House we stayed at last year was not available this year and we went searching for something similar. Then we found this Gem. Just one street over from where the other house was. The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Very spacious and well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice. Coco, the host, was super attentive and our trip was great. Will definitely book this house again.

Awesome Beach Get-Away place

The only thing we couldn't figure out was the ceiling fans but other than that this place was great. It was clean and had new appliances to work with. There was plenty of room for the kids downstairs with a master bedroom upstairs. Spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach and great restaurants nearby. If you have a normal size car like an Explorer you can fit in the garage. Big trucks like my 2500 had a little trouble fitting on the parking area but its the beach, that's to be expected. We will be looking for this place again when we come back to Jax.
