Perfect for our quick day trip to the beach, this house was conveniently located equal distances to Carolina and Wrightsville beach. Everything was as advertised and no surprises. Clean and cozy. We will definitely be visiting again. Property manager was responsive and accommodating. 5 stars all the way!

I do not like leaving bad reviews but this is the exception. We left after one night. The good thing the sheets were clean and the toilets. There house is run down. There is a lot of dog hair, mold in the corners of the floor through the house, shower tile with no grout and bugs running behind it, all the doornobs are falling off the doors. The patio is filthy, covered in cobwebs and the furniture has seen better days. We have stayed in a lot of vacay rentals and this was so run down. We contacted the owner about issues and got automated messages back with no real response. They send a lengthy message before your stay saying don't complain about certain things we have certain luxurysnin the USA and strict rules. I like the rules I want to come to a great place. After staying I see why they say don't complain about certain things, I believe a lot of the things they want you to deal with are already complaints they have had. Again I don't want to leave bad reviews but I wouldn't want anyone to have our experience.
