Our fully equipped home is clean, modern and inviting. Enjoy a stress free vacation as you relax and take in your tropical island surroundings.
Restaurants (3) within walking distance, bike and walking paths,and sunsets at the city beach are just a few of the experiences waiting for you.
We have strived to equip our home with all of the essentials expected by our guests. Our three bedrooms provide comfortable accomodations for you, your family and friends. A modern kitchen makes it easy to prepare your fresh catch of the day or just sit with family and friends and enjoy a cocktail and good conversation.Our private pool is a great place to cool off and relax or let the kids enjoy while you watch from the deck.
Our home has a 37' step down dock for your boat which makes it easy to load up and board for the days adventure on the surrounding waters. Go down the backyard canal and choose either ocean or gulf destinations.After a day of fishing, clean your catch at our two cleaning stations and then use our fish freezer to store your lobsters or fillets.

The house was as pictured, very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and even spotted a manatee just off the dock. Would definitely rent this place again!

Home was clean and welcoming. Inch beach was a lovely asset we enjoyed during our stay. The outdoor set up is nice with plenty of seating options as well as sun and shade. The Blackstone made breakfast in the morning quick and easy with minimal clean up and without heating up the house. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Communication was stellar and we appreciated the updates on local activities going on, as we visited over the holidays.

Excellent rental

Luxury villa in and amazing location

The villa is beautiful and on an amazing canal which we saw manatees swimming by daily. Lots of fish, iguanas and rays also. Highly recommend staying here.

Marathon vacation

Well kept house in a quiet neighborhood was close to the cabana club which was a nice place to swim and chill. I enjoyed it and will be to Marathon beach/Key Colony area!

Christmas in the Keys

Location was perfect….access to the Cabana Club and private beach. Pool at the house was great. We saw a shark and a manatee right off the back deck. Overall great week.

Spacious for large family

This beautiful home has lots of space for a large family to spread out while on vacation. The location is perfect and great if you have a larger boat. Tom is a great host and will definitely be back!

Fishing Trip

This was the perfect place for us. 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Located on the canal and a well maintained dock. Loved being able to easily get into our boat to go fishing in the gulf or in the ocean. Close to everything you need. Food, bait, tackle and fuel. Will definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to Florida.

Absolutely perfect!

Just got home, and we're booking to stay again - THAT'S how good Tom's place is! Everything from top end TV to bikes, pool toys is provided for you - the nice thing is that Tom & Christine obviously spend time here, so it's got the feeling of a home rather than just a vacation rental - I needed a tool to adjust one of the bikes, and Tom had it there. The quality and selection cannot be beaten - and the new fire pit is so cool! Then there's a Tiki Bar to sit at & watch the fish swim by! Just about to re-book - THAT'S how good it is!

Fabulous Experience!

This lovely Florida Keys home has everything you could want in a private getaway. House is completely stocked with all essentials + so much more. Owners have thought of everything. And they check in with you regularly! Home is also very clean. If you like to boat, fish, walk, ride bikes, swim or enjoy having access to two private beaches then select this little piece of paradise. Thank you, Tom!

Awesome rental, highly recommend

Simply the Best!

I have been staying in KCB for the last 6 yrs minus 2020. I had another place reserved for this year and at the last moment they had some management co. turnover and refunded me and needed me to re-book, anyway it made me nervous. So I went looking for another place. Tom had just opened up two weeks and I booked. I could not have been happier, Tom told me, I don't want you to be stressed before your vacation! He was readily available and checked in with us our first day to make sure everything was perfect. What a gorgeous property, the nicest home I have stayed in in KCB, the master bed was so comfortable, I am looking at buying that mattress for home! Super clean and everything you need is available for the kitchen, appliances are top notch! Offering the pool, Cabana Club & Inch Beach was wonderful to have all those options! We already booked two weeks next year before we even left! Thank You Tom for a stress free & beautiful week!

Totally awesome!

Everything was perfect! House was sparkling clean, location was great, all amenities were above expectations down to the ice machine! Would highly recommend! Owner was readily available if we needed anything and even checked on ys to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!
