Cottage by the Sea June 2-17Available

Our home is a lovely place to relax, near the Ocean and the 804 Trail. Our kitchen is recently updated with new Refrigerator and Stove, and comfortable furniture or relax on our nice deck. There are rockers on our front Patio to enjoy the sea breeze and catch a glimpse of the Ocean, 1 block away. We have high speed internet, and streaming available. Our Master bedroom has A king sized bed, and our second bedroom is a queen bed. Our backyard has a gas grill and a fenced in yard for your children or dog to play.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Before you leave please take care of these items. Start a lode of sheets. Discard your trash in the outdoor dumpster. Thank you again for staying in our home, Mark and Carol Johnson.
I hope you have enjoyed your stay in our home and at the Oregon Coast. Please write in our guest book, highlighting your favorite restaurants and activities. If you had a dog, please pick up any waste
Clean and cover the outdoor grill. Shut windows and lock the backdoor. Please do not leave pans or dirty dishes in the sink, and load the dishwasher and start. Shut off light put the key in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For Dogs 1.No Dogs on Furniture 2.Dogs in backyard must not be left un supervised. 3.Dogs in house must not be left un-attended. 4.Pickup all waste.
