Great location

Great, quiet location, my family came for a visit and there was plenty of room for all, House was clean, easily accessible and the host was awesome and responded immediately with any concerns…will definitely be using this place again for another family visit!!

Great Stay

We spent three nights here with our daughter, her husband and our 9 year old granddaughter. The house was very comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed. We would definitely book here again.

Very nice rental in Cottonwood for Family Trip

The house was perfect for me and my husband, our son and my parents. We brought the dogs, who loved the yard! The master bed is very nice, and the couches are comfortable. We really enjoyed the property.

No instructions

I had to message the owner several times during our stay. Need to have instructions for the remotes

I'm sorry to hear about the concerns. I will definitely add instructions on how to use the Amazon prime remotes in the house guidebook that's located on the kitchen counter that already has some tips to getting around the house, cant ever have enough guidance.
