LUX Modern "Treehouse" on Private Lake - Gameroom, Kayaks, Bunkhouse, more!

From the magnificent double front doors that welcome you, to the 20 ft ceilings in the main living room as you enter, surrounded by multiple windows overlooking Lake Lorraine (and Lake Conroe beyond), you will enjoy the breathtaking views and features this home home has to offer. Walking out to the large deck you will find two patio tables with chairs for 16, lounging chairs for 4, and access to a private dock from your backyard.

Uniquely architectured, one-of-a-kind on stilts with multiple trees intersecting the deck makes it feel as if you've escaped into a luxurious treehouse on the water.

With 2 full kitchens (1 is in the connected studio) - eating-ware for 20 - you have everything you need for multiple families.
Lots of extra space between neighbors makes it feel mostly secluded and your own retreat, but still only minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Main house has central AC/Heat; Bunkhouse and Game-room has wall AC/heat units with additional box fans for added comfort.

*PYNAMITE MOSQUITO CONTROL SYSTEM around the perimeter of the home to keep the bugs down! (with remote to turn on/off as you please)

3 kayacks, and 2 paddleboards included in recreation shed with life jackets (3 adults, 3 youth and 1 child), and 5 fishing poles with tackle for those that want to be active. There's also a hammock and chair swing!

Sleeping arrangements include - sleeps 16-17 people comfortably: 1 King, 2 Queens (one being in an attached studio with full kitchen), 9 Triple Twin bunks (walk out under the covered breezeway to access the bunkhouse with full bathroom and a game-room), 1 futon bed (in the main living room), 1 Queen blow up bed (as needed). Plenty of extra sheets and blankets provided (high-chair + pack'n'play available)

Wood burning stove available (only from Nov to February)

Moving through the covered breezeway to access the bunkhouse (with full shower bath) and game-room, it will delight all ages. Game-room contains: ping-pong table, foosball, board games, 65 inch TV, and seating.

No garage parking (this has been converted into the air-conditioned game-room) BUT PLENTY of free parking on site - enough for multiple cars/boat trailers as needed!

Please NO smoking/vaping anywhere on the property

NO pets please (prevents allergies between guests)

What a great celebration weekend

Summer Family Fun

Nice quiet area. Great for relaxing. We enjoyed the water toys, walking, hammock, game room, grilling and catching up with family on the wrap around porch. We had a large group of 16 and space was ample.

Summer weekend at the Treehouse

Great communication with Rachel! Property was as advertised in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family & friends weekend! The kids really enjoyed the game room. Would definitely recommend staying at the treehouse and we would definitely go back!

Idyllic Property in the Trees

This property was amazing. It was perfect for a large family getaway. We picked this property because of the size and proximity to the Texas Renassiance Faire. The town itself is super cute and quaint. We were minutes away from grocery stores, resturaunts and a marina. But once you get on the property it feels very private and serene. Each room in the house was quite large and there was plenty of space for our group of 15. The host was very communicative and we didnt have any isses at all. I will definetly stay here again when we come back to the area!

Wedding Weekend Amazing

The Iron Pine treehouse home was an amazing property. We booked it after a home we originally bookmarked for my daughters wedding weekend got booked before we made our reservation. But now we know it was meant to be because we found this amazing property instead. The hostess, Rachel, was amazing and allowed us to hold the Rehearsal Dinner at the home. The outdoor space was great for the celebration and the wedding party stayed at the home for the weekend. They took advantage of the kayaks, fishing, and ping pong was played. Highly suggest this amazing property for your next Lake Conroe stay!

Wonderful Lake Getaway with Friends

We rented this “treehouse” with 2 other families- 5 adults and 7 kids (age 5-9) and this place was amazing. It is beautiful and impeccably decorated. The beds were all super comfortable and everything was so clean. The main space is huge and lots of room for us all to hang out. There was more than enough seats for us all to eat our meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. The patio is beautiful and despite being on the lake the mosquito system worked great and we really didn’t notice them. Our kids had an absolute blast going out on the little lake in the boats and paddle boards, sleeping in their own bunkhouse and playing in the connected game room! The host was super responsive to our any need. This place was a true gem. I highly recommend it!

Luxury Lakeside Escape

Where to start? Lets start with location! Could not ask more than your own private serene escape on the edge of a pond with easy access to water while feeling like you are resting in the trees with the perfect sounds of the wildlife and birds all around. Something about an escape within nature to bring a peace to any individual relentless and restless everyday hustle and bustle of life. Now lets discuss the interior! I felt like I was in a one of a kind luxury retreat within the forest. The entire home was immaculate, massive, clean, and perfect for an entire family of 14+. Nieces and nephews absolutely loved there detached bunkhouse with attached game room to give them space but allow them to also be in hands reach to experience something unexpected in all this home had to offer. The extra suite was perfect for an easy escape for prepping for Ironman TX and with additional fridge and freezer to make easy access for entire family for the full stay. The bedrooms were inviting and personal. The master on suite should have its own review with sunken tub. Every area of this beautiful one of a kind home, that anyone would be privilege to experience, left nothing to desire or imagine! Don't forget the kayaks and paddle boards provided by home owner. Wow, never seen teenagers so eager to break out of the norm of video games and screen time to be excited to fish and experience outdoors at its finest! Overall, what an absolute amazing place to get away and I encourage its worth it!
