Location and size were good. The property is not recently renovated, as stated, with unpainted, patched walls. The second bedroom has a double bed that is insufficient for the claimed sleeping for two adults, with an uncomfortable mattress. Communication was poor with little instructions and omissions, like not having the street parking pass prepared (it was found the second day on the floor). A promised reply on how to get the TV working never materialized. The second bedroom door leading to the backyard had an unusable deadbolt lock. Overall, a disappointment.

Within walking distance of downtown

This property is within walking distance of downtown. There’s a corner store/meat market which came in handy to purchase some emergency items. Also, there is a park within walking distance which my grandson enjoyed.
