Held a family get together of 11 people ranging in ages from 2 to grandparents. Kids enjoyed the well stocked playroom very much. Bedrooms were clean comfortable and plentiful. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes.

The house was beautiful and well-stocked with anything we could need. The property manager was responsive when we had trouble with the hot tub heater, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this property - the location was perfect for us between Las Vegas and Zion/Bryce!

We had the best time staying here! We came from NJ. We found it super easy to connect with Kevin or Chloe for any things that came up or questions we had. It was a great huddle location for the National Parks we visited. There were 11 of us in total and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool area is awesome! The only issue we had was not being noticed about the construction, but Kevin handled it right away! Thanks for a great stay, for our first visit to Utah!

The house was great for our family of six adults and five kids. All of the kids enjoyed staying together in the big bunk-bed room, as well as the game room and backyard swimming pool. Construction project adjacent to the back of the property might bother some guests, but wasn't a problem for us with interested kids. Neighborhood water park was especially nice during the hot August days.

Had a Great Time

We enjoyed our time here. The house is fairly new, well kept, and in a good location. The hot tub part of the pool is perfect for a group like ours, even in December. Being on a corner lot is nice, with neighbors on only one side. We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect for Family Vacation

The home and location was everything we could have asked for! This suited our group of 22 people with ease. There was something for everyone to do regardless of age. Kevin (Host) and Chloe (Property Manager) were awesome to work with and went above and beynone our needs. Will definitely book again in the future.

Zion Vacation

This is a great property! It had plenty of room for our group of 11. It is very clean, has everything you will need. Kids had a great time in the game room, putting green, and pool. The location is perfect for going into Zion.

Large group trip

Loved this home. We had a large group including kids and a teen and everyone was entertained with the pool, spa and putting green! The indoor gaming was also a hit! We loved that Zion was 30 minute drive away and that there was a grocery store a short drive away. We would definitely book again. Thank you Kevin for your prompt response.

Beautiful Home and BEST HOSTS

This home has it all! Pool, Spa, Games and amazing location! Plenty of room for the whole family and an awesome living room/kitchen area for everyone to eat together. The kids loved the yard. Our host was just amazing! They made sure we had all the info we needed and there are detailed easy to follow instructions for everything. Kevin made this a very very amazing place to stay! We rented this home as a family to remember our brother that we’ve lost and our hosts had flowers delivered to us!!!!

2024 Family vacation

Our stay was amazing, unlike some places we have stayed, the property was clean and ready to enjoy. Definitely as the pictures showed but even better. All the amenities were great, games, putting green and we spent one afternoon at the communal club house which the pool, lazy river were great for the family. Stores near by for shopping. Definitely recommend this property and we will for sure try to go back in the near future. Kevin the host was awesome to work with.

We loved staying at this property and will definitely be back. Great proximity to St. George and National Parks, but slightly removed from the traffic and crowds. The house itself is not only beautiful, but so comfortable and accomodates our entire extended family. The pool is the perfect size to feel safe with little kids - for our summer stay, we didn't turn on the hot tub and used it as a kiddie pool instead! Perfect! Loved the putting green, arcade games, and the clubhouse - WOW! Great property management, can't wait to stay again!

The property was fairly new with a super clean atmosphere . The spa was not operational due to a pump and heater issue. We contacted the owner late in our stay. He was going to contact a technician, but no one came before our departure. Overall a positive experience.

Truly an Oasis

We were lucky enough to get this space booked for 5 days. I had three families and grandparents there and we all fit perfectly with space to share. I was pleasantly surprised by how much fun all the kids had in the pool and how great the hot tub doubled as a kiddie pool when we didn't heat it. The clubhouse pool was nice but nothing beats a private pool when you have loads of kids. Other surprises were the retro gaming consoles, a highchair, and access to a plex media server with 100s of movies and tv shows to watch for free. We will be back.

This was the perfect getaway!

I loved our stay here! We had adults and kids of all ages, and there was something for everyone! Adults could hang out in the hot tub while the kids could play in the pool and slide to their heart's content. Having a private pool was a big deal to us and our kids loved it! The old-school arcade machines were a huge hit with our older kids and even had us gathering around to play some of the Nintendo games of our childhood. It had an insane collection of games! (+1,000) The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed, which helped us save some $$$ feed the multiple families we had staying. The community pool was never crowded either and was clean and a great place to spend an afternoon! There's plenty of great food options and grocery stores close(within 5min). We will be coming back!

Best Experience Ever

We recently had the opportunity to stay at Kevin’s property in Hurricane, and it was hands down our favorite vacation rental experience ever! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the immaculate cleanliness and tasteful decor. Every room was thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for small or large groups. There were 14 in our group and we fit with ease. Kevin was responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Any questions we had were promptly addressed. He truly made a difference to the overall experience. This rental was perfect for our group of family and friends. The spacious layout allowed everyone to have their own space while still offering plenty of common areas for us to gather and create wonderful memories together. The outdoor amenities were a highlight, providing endless fun and relaxation.Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. This vacation surpassed all our expectations and set a new standard for future trips. My kids are already wanting to plan the next trip. We highly recommend Kevin’s property to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Hurricane!
