REMODELED - Carpet removed & a beautiful tile laid, painted throughout, master bedroom privacy door added, fluorescent lights removed, TV added to master, Larger flat screen in living room
• Our beautiful home offers you a relaxing peaceful vacation with an incredible view from the 3rd floor!
• Expansive floor to ceiling windows providing you an immense view of the serene expansive Gulf of Mexico and its mesmerizing waves.
• Enjoy cocktails on the balcony, put together a puzzle or play a game at the kitchen table, walk the white sandy beaches or let the kids play in their room while you nap.
• Schlitterbahn Water Park is adjacent (see office for discount tickets) and lots of wonderful local restaurants, an abundance of shopping, horseback riding, turtle farm, bike, and beach buggy or wave runner rentals are located nearby.

The rental is cute and cozy for our family of 5. Awesome views of the beach and ocean from the condo. Beach is very close and easy to access. Bring extra paper towels/toilet paper, laundry detergent etc if staying several days with larger group. Host responded quickly to emails.

The place was great with a very well stocked kitchen and extras throughout, like beach chairs, cooking spices, and soap and shampoo. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back.

Adult Spring Break

Excellent location, easy walk down to the pool or sandy beach. Closest building to the southern point of the island where you can take a stroll down the beach to see turtles and fish. Beach equipment provided (minus towels). Short drive to the main drag for food and shopping.

Our ocean view vacation home!

We have a great vacation there at sea vista, a great unit excellent Ocean view we been same unit twice for vacation and we enjoyed the place. The employees are always very nice, pool is always clean. We will be there again next year.

Great Family Trip

Terry is an amazing host with great communication. The condo is setup well with everything needed. Sea Vista is the best location wise. It’s close to but separate from all the other condos so it is relaxing. The complex is quiet and offers great amenities. Such a nice, comfortable place to stay, in a great location! Short walk to the beach and next to the large water park that we really enjoyed. Great restaurants are just a short drive. The owner, Terry, responds quickly and went out of her way to accommodate a request that we had. SPI never disappoints!!!

Absolutely loved this condo!

We loved this condo! We have stayed at many condos and this one is by far the best! The beds are super comfy and I was so surprised that the kitchen was stocked w everything you need including two coffee pots (one regular and one Keurig) and a crock pot! We had such a wonderful time! If I ever return to south padre we will stay here!

Spectacular ocean view

The stay was amazing. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean through the huge windows in the living room that also continued to the master bedroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and didn’t have any problems or concerns. Thank you so much for opening up your home!
