• Our beautiful home offers you a relaxing peaceful vacation with an incredible view from the 3rd floor!
• Expansive floor to ceiling windows providing you an immense view of the serene expansive Gulf of Mexico and its mesmerizing waves.
• Enjoy cocktails on the balcony, put together a puzzle or play a game at the kitchen table, walk the white sandy beaches or let the kids play in their room while you nap.
• Schlitterbahn Water Park is adjacent (see office for discount tickets) and lots of wonderful local restaurants, an abundance of shopping, horseback riding, turtle farm, bike, and beach buggy or wave runner rentals are located nearby.

This is a great place to stay with the family. If you want to avoid the crazy crowds at public beach accesses, this is the place. The beach was literally steps away. It was beautiful waking up to the sunrise. The beach was right outside the window. Will definitely be back to this place. Extremely family friendly.

We enjoyed the condo a lot. It was comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us. The bedrooms are huge! We enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful view . We love staying at Sea Vista condos because of the location and because it’s less crowded than other areas and this time was no exception. We would love to return to this condo again. :)

We had a great time! The space was perfect and so was the location on the beach, but the waves were rougher than we expected and so we also utilized the pool. The only difficulty was the lack of visitor parking. There is enough for guests, but we had family staying at another hotel that had nowhere to park so that took coordinating.

The AC worked really well; set at 70 was plenty adequate around the clock. Lots of water pressure in the showers and the shower could be turned down for less pressure in case of a sunburn. The balcony was breezy, which made it less humid to sit outside. Full-size washer and dryer made it easy to rinse out saltwater and chlorine; bring your own detergent. Plenty of movies to choose from. Plenty of sand toys, molds and shovels; frisbees, bat and Nerf ball. A couple skim boards. Four or five beach mats to roll out onto the sand, although some had tar on them already. But we didn’t experience any tar on the beach. It is nice being the last of the resorts, less crowded beach. Freshwater showers/footwash at the end of a wide plastic “sidewalk” winding through the dunes from the beach to the shower. Soundproof windows. A nice waterslide park is right next-door, suitable for all ages (we are in our 60s; grandson, 12), around 160 for us three, summer 2026. The unit needs new faucets, but everything functions; dishwasher looks new; flooring is new (tile). No carpet. Looked freshly painted. If the wraparound couch isn’t leather then it’s a good quality vinyl. It didn’t make me sweat sitting on it. Nice! Fewer knickknacks on horizontal surfaces would allow more places to put a cup or a book and there would be fewer crevices to collect dust (such as the driftwood art in the often steamy master bath). The living room would be cooler if it had heavy curtains like the master bedroom.

The rental is cute and cozy for our family of 5. Awesome views of the beach and ocean from the condo. Beach is very close and easy to access. Bring extra paper towels/toilet paper, laundry detergent etc if staying several days with larger group. Host responded quickly to emails.

Excellent location, easy walk down to the pool or sandy beach. Closest building to the southern point of the island where you can take a stroll down the beach to see turtles and fish. Beach equipment provided (minus towels). Short drive to the main drag for food and shopping.
