Come enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Gulf from your private balcony. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with a well equipped kitchen. Property includes 24-hour on site management with a pool, hot tub and green space including BBQ area for your enjoyment.

Easily walking distance to the entertainment district with restaurants, bars, live music and activities (miniature golf, Ferris wheel, sandcastle village and go carts).

This property is registered with the City of South Padre Island Permit #2023-0113.
NOTE: RATES INCLUDE County and Local taxes of 11% (County Tax .5%, City tax 8.5%, Venue Tax 2%). You will be charged an additional 6% tax for the state of Texas now being collected and remitted by Home Away.

The condo looked exactly like the pictures! The view from the balcony was amazing! Perfect size for our family of 5. She left a ton of snacks which the kids enjoyed plus a binder of recommendations of where to eat and things to do! We will definitely book again if we come back to the island, thanks!!

Family vacation

A rating on location, cleanliness and communication with owner. Easy walk to the beach and the condo was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials, beach toys and a bonus snack basket! There were only two opportunities for improvement: troublesome wifi, which was problematic since my college aged daughter had to take an online final during our trip; and we couldn't get the patio door to lock.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. Not only was the condo clean and well maintained (better than a hotel), the whole property was as well. If we ever make it back down to the island, we would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at South Padre Island. Tammy made sure everything went well with helpful suggestions of things to see and places to eat. The condo itself is small but worked for two people. Great views of the ocean!

Tammy is the best host we have ever had! She responded very quickly when I asked her about restaurants, parasailling, etc. The condo is small, but we had a great time with our three young children. Easy access to the beach and pool. You can walk everywhere! Lots of fun stores and restaurants. We only drove our car once while we were there. My kids loved the game room in the building and we played ping pong and shuffle board several nights. Only negative is that the water pressure isn't great. This was an amazing experience!

Wonderful Stay!!!

This was our first time to Texas and we will definitely be back. It was just so relaxing even for a more touristy area. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony every am for sunrise. Easy access to the beach. Everyone was super friendly. Tammy was super responsive to all messages and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

We all enjoyed this condo it’s steps from the beach with an amazing view. Very well stocked & well kept . The owner is very sweet & stays in contact through the whole stay. The goodies basket was such a sweet touch. We would love to stay here again

Great summer trip

Just a fantastic vscation…building, condo and hosts. Grounds and amenities are clean, pool was nice in afternoon shade. Great location on the island for all the activities with a close walk to the beach. Hassle free in every aspect. Really had no idea where we were staying and we were pleasantly surprised with how perfect it all was. Will be returning!
