Off of the living room, you'll access to the balcony with views of the pool, stunning Floridian landscape, and canal. The condo also has a small but functional bathroom. This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf of the Gulf Coast. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this condo is sure to provide you with the perfect stay.

-The pool is located on the 1st floor and is shared with the other units in the building.
-There is shared laundry on the first floor of the building. It is shared with one other unit.
- Bonita Beach Park is nearest to the home. Vanderbilt beach is only a 10 min. drive south.
-The home is centrally located and sits 1 street off of Bonita Beach Rd. This allows you to get to Naples or Fort Myers very quickly but does have a bit of road noise associated with it. If the doors are shut it won't be much of a problem.

Great location near Barefoot beach

Really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts were quick to respond if we needed something or had questions, so really appreciated that! Walking distance from a few restaurants and a 3 minute drive to barefoot beach was great for us!
