Stunning Ocean View

Short weekend getaway, loved the condo! Sunrise in the morning was awesome. Room was well supplied, even has a beach umbrella. Booking again.

Overcharged

Don't book from vrbo.This room located at Palace resort. If you booking from them you'll save hundreds of dollars. And this "big fish rental"charge me extra for"Sofa is stained” which I DID NOT!I don't think anyone who book from them will get all deposit back because they will charge you for any reason.

Worst rental I've booked to date

If you are a clean person - you will immediately want to turn around when you entire the building before even getting to the room. The entire building smells of must and mildew. It's extremely outdated which has held in smells from years. There is NO parking when first arriving besides the 5 spots in the front that guests are allowed 15 minutes to get everything out. But keep in mind - this building has 22 floors and only 3 elevators so you are lucky to get one trip in that timeframe. Once you enter your room, you'll quickly see the "cleaning" is done quite quickly because no corners are touched, under chairs and I was nervous about the sheets. I wish I would have brought my own bedding but we flew. The pools are foggy and packed to the brim so we avoided them at all costs. The carts to load up are told you will be fined if they enter the room - good luck finding one when you leave because everyone has them in their rooms just holding onto them for when needed so we had to make at least 5 trips (in the 15 min window) to get our belongings out. To sum it up - we asked if we could get any money back within the first hour of us arriving so we could go somewhere else. No - you're stuck unless you're willing to lose your money which I can't say we didn't consider.

We just loved the ocean view from this condo the first time we visited! Our young child enjoys the pools and beach area!

What makes this property unique

The resort features an oceanfront pool deck with an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, indoor water amenities - pool, kiddie pools, and a Jacuzzi, a fitness room, and attached onsite parking (no crossing the street!) The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave/range hood, along with a small table to enjoy meals in your condo.
