Beautiful, brand new condo located in the heart of South Boston. Steps away from the best restaurants, bars and nightlife Southie has to offer. Very close to Seaport and downtown. Boston Convention Center is 0.9 miles away. This third floor unit includes a private parking garage and large roof deck that has amazing views of the city and Boston harbor. The very popular Carson (M street) beach is a short walk down the hill, perfect for the summer time. Thomas Park also has some of the best skyline views the city has to offer.

Good Location

Uber was inexpensive and the rental convenient to see all the highlights of BostonWithout having to be in downtown Boston. Extremely convenient to airport and train stations.

Great Stay!!

The owners were very prompt with communication and very helpful when we asked a few questions about running in the area. Having the garage for our car was a very nice perk as well! Overall a great stay!

Wonderful Stay

My brother & I came to Boston for a conference we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Heart of Southie. It was well stocked with everything we needed from the comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for us to have our own space. Host was very responsive and helpful before, during and even after our stay. We will definitely stay here again when work brings us back to Boston!.

This condo is perfect for a stay in Boston. It was clean and it has updated amenities. It was a quick walk to the beach and the T line. The rooftop was such an added bonus. Perfect rental for families

This condo was perfect for our family (two adults, two toddlers). The check in process was a breeze, garage parking is a plus, and the condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The rental was clean, spacious and the roof access was a great addition. We hope to stay here again on our next family trip!

What a great apartment. Stayed with my niece and daughter - seeing sites and a Red Sox game. Great location with local options for food, walking, etc. Apartment is very well equipped / set up. Beautiful condo in South Boston

The property lived up to all our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet. Having access to a garage parking spot and the rooftop terrace added to the comfort of this property. We were in walking distance to the beach. Communication with the owner went very smoothly. We will definitely stay here again upon our return to Boston.

Great place to stay for your Boston explorations! Southie location was pretty much 20 min from everywhere we wanted to go. Having your own garage to use was fantastic! Well-appointed, modern, and tastefully decorated flat. Primary has its own private bathroom, then 2nd one in hallway. Second bedroom set up as a kids room with large bunk bed with thinner mattresses. They stocked all you need including Starbucks coffee!

Weekend in Boston

Certainly would stay here again! The property was very clean and slept our group with ease. The rooftop deck and Carson Beach only being a short 5 minute walk was an awesome bonus to the sunny weekend. Thank you!

Place is super clean exactly like the pics. Everything was easy to find and everyone was comfortable sleeping (even on the pull out pad). Area is super close to a bunch a restaurants and walkable places. Would definitely stay there again when I go back to Boston.

The space was great for our family. We didn't have a rental car-but was clear how valuable the garage would be if you did-parking seems tough otherwise. We had a convention and did walk once-but took uber the rest of the time. It was always easy to get around. The Carson beach area is very close.. The apartment had everything we needed-nice linens and towels (thank you!!).

Why they chose this property

Known by locals simply as Southie, South Boston is a large neighborhood located just outside of downtown and borders the Seaport. This former blue-collar neighborhood has rapidly grown into the most sought after neighborhood for adults in their 20s and 30s due to the extremely popular restaurants, bars and nightlife. South Boston has a lot more to offer than just that. Castle Island anchors a 3 mile stretch of South Boston beaches and is perfect for a lazy day on the beach or a scenic walk overlooking the Boston Harbor Islands. You’ll never get sick of the views from atop Thomas Park (located 100 yards from unit). This former revolutionary war monument sits high above the neighborhood and offers incredible views of the sunset and 4th of July fireworks.

What makes this property unique

This three story building has its own parking garage on the first floor, with 2 spots specifically for this Airbnb unit. That coupled with a spacious roof deck is a very rare find for this area.
