Very comfortable, modern unit. Lots of natural light. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances; Master Bedroom with queen size Temperpedic mattress. The reserved parking space was close to the condominium. Restaurants and grocery stores were within walking distance - .2 mile to 1 mile. The owner was very responsive to our communications. We would stay here again and highly recommend this VRBO rental.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was nice, and the neighborhood felt very safe. What really stood out was the fantastic location – we were within walking distance of several great restaurants and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without driving everywhere. There were lots of stairs, the apt is on the 3rd floor and out door entry only.

Wonderful stay! Well appointed and extremely comfortable condo. Beautiful light streaming in from the many windows. Clean and everything you would need for your stay in Boston. Quiet neighborhood! We slept with the windows open a bit and weren't bothered by any annoying city noises. Just be sure you are aware this is on the top 3rd floor with no elevator. Thank you for sharing your property.

Property is as it is listed. With the directions given, we were able to find it without a problem. Overall the property was outstanding. There are a few things that could use a little attention to detail otherwise we had a great stay, nothing kept is from gaving a great vacation while staying at this property. Gary was responsive and made sure we had what we needed in a timely manner.

Check in was super easy. The apartment had everything we needed. Nice touch to have some coffee, soap, toilet paper, etc. Everything was functioning properly , location was in a cute neighborhood. Great stay!

Gary’s house is a VIBE! We loved the convenient location, roof top patio, onsite parking, really easy instructions, and phenomenal decor! Being able to due laundry, and have a full kitchen was much appreciated! We will definitely be back!

We were in town for an event at the convention center (BCEC) and this is a short walk from there. Clean property, everything we needed and Gary was easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend!

This place was great. The location was spot on. Businesses were close by. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint. Only down side was the planes that flew over head, but that was a minor detail. I would stay here again.

great location

We came to Boston for a long weekend to cheer on a family member running the Boston Marathon. This location is close to the airport and close to downtown - easy Uber availability and short ride to different dinner spots in the city. Gary was very helpful with recommendations in the area and gave us very clear check in directions. Great time - thank you!

Terrific Place

All four adults loved the place! Reasonable location and rate for exploring Boston. Very comfortable, safe, and room for all of us--including our car. Even had a TV for late night March Madness! A must for at least one of us! :) Though we never met Gary, he was the perfect host--very informative and staying in contact before, during, and after! Just a reminder for those with physical limitations--it is three flights up.

Home Sweet Home

My daughter and I enjoyed five nights here for a conference and could not have been happier. Gary has a very well maintained 2 bed 2 full bath home in a popular south Boston area and a short walk to conference center and short Uber ride to all the famous sights. Thanks for the great stay!! The house met all of our needs. It was close to the subway. The owner was great to deal with. If you have concerns of nude art work you might want to find another property.
