The Space:
Fireplace: We have two! The upstairs fireplace is fed by wood pellets which are provided. The gas fireplace is downstairs to add extra heat to foosball games

Games: Foosball, Cornhole, Pool, Airhockey, Skiball, Ping pong, Karaoke, Football, Soccer; we supply it all. Looking for a specific game? Let us know and we may deliver it on-site to you for free.

Hot Tub: Sit back and relax in our oversized, 8 person, 500 gallon pool of peace. Be sure to bring a speaker to jam out to your favorite music.

Firepit: Kumbaya! S'mores with family and friends is always a good ending to a day. Our firepit is in the backyard on the edge of the woods and rolling hills

Washer and dryer onsite. Gain detergent provided

Internet: High-speed Spectrum Internet

TV: 2 - 55 inch Smart TV's in each living room

Cooking: You'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! Duel Keurig for K-cups and ground coffee

Towels: 15 luxury white towels and washcloths provided

Firewood: Please bring your own or purchase at any nearby store or gas station

Grill: Traeger Pellet grill with space for all the meats and veggies. We provide the fuel as well

Oven: We do not provide an oven, but we do provide a countertop oven that gives a big performance for a small appliance. It is large enough to fit a 14" pizza and can even airfry!

Game barn: We have all the games. Billiards, Ping Pong, Ski Ball, Air Hockey, PacMan, and Karaoke! The barn is lightly heated throughout the winter meaning it will be usable, but you may need a light jacket. Kind of like year-around fall temperatures :)

Because sound travels far, we have want to respect neighboring properties. We request reduced noise and lower music levels when outdoors after 9pm

Emerald Forest Lodge is so perfect, you'll want to stay forever. We've had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)

Guest Access:
You'll have access to 5 private acres mixed with grass and woods. Have fun and explore!

Your unique access code will be sent to you in the messages after booking. We use keypad entry and change the code between every guest for added security.

Other Things to Note:
We love a good time, but do not allow large parties. For this reason, we charge $100/guest that is not listed in the booking.

No smoking inside....please. Outside is allowed, but please help us out and pick-up any cigarette butts. A $500 indoor smoking fee for indoor smoking (yikes!)

We want this to be the best stay, but occasionally things happen. Please feel free to message me through the Airbnb app or give me a call. I'm local and happy to help with anything.
