Spacious 5 bedroom home in a fantastic location on a quieter part of the Isle of Palms. Just a few homes back from the beach access with no streets to cross. Complete with two screened porches, sunny outdoor deck, a large kitchen, spacious living room, and separate mother-in law suite. This is the perfect home for a family vacation. Even bring your dog (w/ fee) with a large fenced in yard.
The first floor offers a full stocked kitchen with breakfast nook and separate dining table. Living room with comfortable sofa and large 65in TV. There is a wonderful kids bunk room with wall mounted Roku TV. The second guest room features two queen beds and wall mounted cable TV. Guest room 3 has queen size bed and a cable TV. The primary suite is relaxing with a king size bed, lots of windows, large LCD cable TV and ensuite bath.
The second floor can only be accessed by the elevator or exterior spiral staircase. This upstairs mother-in-law suite has a queen bed, private bath, and a kitchenette. There is a coffee maker, sink, refrigerator and small living area. Views of the Atlantic can be seen from the balcony.
Enjoy meals cooked on the BBQ grill. Outdoor dining is plentiful with a full sized dining table in the rear screened porch. Another table with umbrella on the deck off the living room. The beach is just a short 2 minute walk. Don't miss out on those memorable family vacations!
**Please note that the home directly next door to the right has been torn down. There will be possible disruptions as these homeowners re-build. This home will not be affected, but noise is possible. Discounts possible**
All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward VayK Life to rent beach chairs, bikes, etc.
GOLF CART (LSV): There is a new, premium, 6-seater LSV cart available for rent at this property by scanning a QR code when you arrive!
PETS: Pets are considered, but MUST be approved with $250 + tax non-refundable pet fee paid directly to the property management company after booking. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Please contact for more details.
NOTE: Elevator equipped with service from garage to 2nd floor, but is provided for convenience and not ADA compliant. Non smoking. Fireplace not available for guest use. Garage is accessible, but remote openers not available. Must be 25 years or older to rent.

We had a wonderful Christmas week here! The house had everything we needed to cook, celebrate and relax! Being so close to the beach and the marina was a huge plus!! This was our second stay and we’ll be back!!
The property was everything it was advertised to be. The place was clean and well stocked with everything it needed to be. The house was comfortable and the check-in/check-out processes were easy. The screened-in porches were great to sit out when storms rolled in. The property was really a short walk to the beach. All in all, a great rent for a large family kiddos.
We had a problem with the air and they were very quick to get someone out and supply window ac units to keep the house cool. The only downside was a very glitchy internet. Overall this is a great family house to stay at.
Four to get together with family prior to Christmas even though it was cold the beach was beautiful. The house was very spacious very clean and we had a great time. Would love to visit again when it’s warmer.
Great space for a large group. Great location, just a few steps from a beautiful beach. Bathrooms are not updated but functional. We had plenty of space for 10 adults and 1 child. We will book again!
Fabulous location, easy walk to the beach! Bathrooms must be updated for the price. Master shower door was falling off and shower head barely attached. Hallway bathroom is also very dated and bathtub is a huge fall risk. Very spacious and conducive to a large busy family!Kitchen was spacious and could hold a lot of people at once! The Leasing Company was fabulous and very accommodating!
Functional clean house with plenty of space that is very close to beachfront location. Elevator was great for grandma and groceries and the loft suite was perfect to sequester the teenager mess. Has the appearance of a full time rental and is not updated and in perfect condition but has what you need to enjoy your stay. Location was better than expected with 100 ft to sand and no street to cross. We did bring a dog and house/yard were great for making that stress free.
Truly the perfect location for families who don’t want to cross busy streets with their kids!
Holds a lot of people bedroom wise but not very much comfortable sitting room for larger families.
Overall a good pick just needs some updating!

We stayed for a week with family for vacation. The home was very clean and communication with the property manager was very easy. They were quick to respond with any issues or questions. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi didn't work all week. The owner reported there were multiple outages in the area, so that was understandably out of their hands. The back door didn't lock at all, which was a bit concerning and was reported the day we arrived. Aside from that, we had a really great stay. The location is perfect and the front porch is a great spot to relax in the morning with coffee. We would definitely stay again!

Great location and very spacious
Location was great. 5 mins walk from the beach. The bedrooms, kitchen, living/dining rooms, and outdoor deck spaces were spacious. The house is well-stocked with dishware and cookware, but wished we had extra paper towels or napkins. There is a room upstairs and the only way to get to the room is to take the elevator in the house or walk up a spiral staircase outside of the house. The room upstairs has it's own bathroom, but it was a bit inconvenient that there weren't stairs inside the house to get upstairs. We had 6 people sharing one hallway bathroom because the other bathroom was in the master bedroom on the main level. If you plan to drive into downtown, it is also a 30 min drive.
We also had some minor issues that didn't impact our stay too much. We found a cockroach in the upstairs room (need to take elevator to get to room). The dishwasher was broken and started to leak. It was a bit difficult to reach the property manager. The number listed is an office that only takes messages to relay to the property manager. We weren't given the actual property manager's number. It took 4/5 hrs for the property manager to call back regarding the leak. Fortunately, we were able to stop the leak before the property manager called and someone came the next morning to fix the issue.
Overall, I would still recommend folks staying here if you are looking for a place by the beach and not planning to drive too much into the downtown area. It was comfortable for our group of 9.
We were all very pleased with the property and all it offered. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and has enough space for a large crowd. The location is beautiful and has easy access to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely rent this property again!
