Sun-Kissed at Summer Salt can comfortably accommodate10 people. You'll be located within a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk (less than 1 mile) to the access point to the nearest public, so pack your bags and let the vacation begin! Plenty of restaurants and activities near by or stay in and enjoy the large outdoor dining areas or lounge by the pool! Home is brand new and has all the smart features you are looking for but also a lot of extras here! Beautiful furniture and decor to enjoy but lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy including neighborhood pool, putting green and fire pit. The home has a large outdoor bar for 4, table setting for 6 to enjoy those grilled dinners after beaching or fishing! Plenty of space for the whole family with 3 bedrooms, 4 Full bathrooms, a sleeper sofa and more!

Our First Orange Beach Vacation!

This was my family's (myself, husband, two children, and my parents) first trip to Orange Beach and it was fantastic! The house was just as pictured, and we were so pleasantly surprised with it being as we imagined. The location to the beach was great. We chose the public beach access that as about 7 minutes away, lovely! Golf carts are not legal yet to go from the neighborhood onto the main roads, so beware of that. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook your meals, and good restaurants were close if you wanted to eat out. Only complaints from our kiddos was the lack of ceiling fan in the "kids room," so bring a box fan if your kiddos are used to having noise/wind to sleep. Other guest room does not have a TV (or ceiling fan), so bring a laptop if you need TV to fall asleep. Bathrooms were great! Water pressure was a little odd, so just stagger showers so everyone gets maximum spray. Other than that, no complaints and the house was just fantastic. Courtney, the host, was very responsive and so sweet. Stay here, you will not regret it! :)

Welcome to our Orange Beach vacation home! We look forward to hosting your family and/or friends! We are from Kansas City, MO and we fell in love with Orange Beach and Guld Shores many years ago and kept coming back! We wanted to make memories with our kids and find a home suitable for us and other families to enjoy! We love to be outdoors at the beach, riding bikes, playing games and visiting with friends. We love to be "Sun-Kissed" by being outdoors doing what we love!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Summer Salt. We wanted a full home residence to make "home" and have our own space, but closest enough access to beach to enjoy the water just steps away. Summer Salt provided just what we were looking for. Great amenities like a beautiful pool, fire-pit, putting green and location to many restaurants and shops, also beautiful wetlands and plenty of space for us to relax!

What makes this property unique

We like to think we add a few "extra" touches in our property that other property managers don't. We travel often and like the extra though of a few extra towels, toiletries, coffee and even beach towels ready to go out the door with us. So we have taken a few extra steps so that you really can be carefree and enjoy your time in Orange Beach. Vacation is best spent with family and friends and we want to make it as easy as possible to relax while you're here but having everything close that you would want or need. We hope you'll visit our home over and over and become long-term friends!
