- Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

This grand lake house offers private beach access, a media area with a billiards table, ping pong table, and wet bar, as well as several balconies and decks to take in the vista. From Marla Bay Lakefront Escape you can easily entertain and comfortably sleep up to ten guests.
From the moment you enter, the water takes center stage. The celebrated deep blue waters of Lake Tahoe can be viewed from almost every room in the home. The large open-concept main living space is poised around a cozy stone hearth and is a perfect place to gather after a brisk day on the slopes. Adjacent is the large chef’s kitchen with a six-burner gas range, ample prep space and 4-person granite breakfast bar. Just behind is a formal dining area that can seat 8 more. From the dining area, you can access the large wrap-around porch with panoramic views, plenty of outdoor seating, and a large outdoor dining table for alfresco meals.
This stunning home offers five stylish bedrooms on three floors. The expansive master suite is located on the top floor for added privacy, and features a king bed, fireplace, private balcony, and a large ensuite bath with dual sinks, shower, and a deep soaking tub. The second guest suite, located on the main floor, offers two plush queen beds, patio access, and an ensuite bath. The third guest bedroom is also on the main floor and has a king bed and access to the hall bath. The two remaining guest rooms are located on the lower level. The fourth guest room features two queen beds, direct access to the covered lower patio and has access to a shared bath. The fifth guest bedroom offers a queen bed and shares access to the other lower level bathroom.
Marla Bay is a quaint, active community that celebrates all the year-round recreation that Lake Tahoe has to offer. From this stunning shorefront home, you can soak in the private hot tub, walk out and dip your toes in the water, or venture to larger beaches in the area such as Round Hill Pines and Zephyr Cove.
