Occupancy Rules: *Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 8 in beds. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. **Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. We had a great stay at this house on the beach of Lake Tahoe. The views from the living area, balcony and yard are amazing. The house has a lot of room for sleeping and living. We would definitely come back.
We stayed at this property with a group of 8. The location is unbeatable and the house is beautiful. We had to call property manager for a few minor issues but we had them resolved quickly.
Amazing location & views; unfortunate that only one of the doors opened to the back deck, shades didn’t work in the primary bedroom, and kitchen cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. Need more regular drinking glasses (plenty of wine glasses!)Outdoor grill caught on fire underneath due to buildup of grease in the grease pan; needs thorough cleaning!Nice quiet neighborhood, but house seems a little neglected…
Place was fantastic. Location was great. Even had a gym. One thing that was not good was the beds. The Mayer bed had a mattress that has blown out springs
The property is a beautiful home and in a perfect location. In a perfect world they would add a hot tub and some separate bed sleeping for kids, such as some twin or bunk beds. That being said, the property was exactly as advertised and is lovely.
The house is amazing and in such a wonderful location, they do need to update the pictures online and let people know to bring certain things, like beach towels and shampoo and conditioner. Yet overall we love coming to this house!

In the contractual agreement that you signed clearly states in bold the amenities that we provide. Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash as well as beach towels is not something we supply.
Beautiful home and wonderful being right on the lake.
Overall an excellent place to stay. Only drawback was the garage door that was broken before we checked in and maintenance had not been able to fix it while we were there. We managed just fine anyway.
This gorgeous lakefront rental in beautiful Marla Bay was the perfect stay and more! The lakefront location is hard to beat, with just steps into to the waters of Lake Tahoe. Home is well equipped and has ample space for guests to gather or relax separately in different areas. The sunset and waterfront views are gorgeous.
Dillion and the property management team was extremely helpful and communicative with our groups needs and cannot recommend this rental property more!
This is a fabulous lakefront home! Incredible views and the home was as described. Check in and access were easy and convenient. We had a smoke detector beep from low batteries which we couldn’t reach without a very tall ladder and the property manager was on top of it right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious master bedroom with large beautiful walk-in closet. Weight room gym downstairs. Patio was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. 8 min drive to casinos
Beautiful location and property, but lacking maintenance
The location of the property was phenomenal, and the house itself was really well made and gorgeous. It comfortably fit 7 of us with the best lakefront view that you could ask for. We could also directly access the water, though the small strip of sand was usually underwater. It was in a quaint part of Lake Tahoe that was not super busy. It was an excellent experience overall. I just figured it was worth noting that there was a lack of overall maintenance visible in the house. A kitchen cabinet was falling apart, no toiletries or detergent were stocked, and it felt like we had to buy a lot of things for our stay that we just assume are there usually.
The stay was great. I would think that when a person rents a place everything work be on working condition. Top oven not functional. Master bed washer not functional and couple of the TV boxes not functional. Over all a great place

Overall an excellent lakeside rental home. Fully equipped home with good kitchen and great beach front. At this premium price, the beds need to be upgraded to larger true queen or king size in all but the master bedroom. Construction next door was a bit of a nuisance particularly in the early mornings.
We had such a wonderful time staying in this home. Being able to wake up and walk right out to the beach/lake was incredible. Checking in/out was super easy after downloading the hospitality app and being able to see all codes/instructions for getting in the home, locking up, internet, etc. We couldn’t figure out how to use any of the tv’s and didn’t see any instructions but we spent most of our time outside anyways. Gorgeous home and great experience for the whole family. Would definitely book this house again! Met the next door neighbor, Mike and he was awesome too!!
I’ve rented homes on the lakefront all around the lake and this is by far the nicest home I’ve stayed in on the lake front. Well laid out, lots of privacy, incredible beach right in front, excellent amenities including a full gym. Views from every room. Really special yet so close to grocery stores and other necessities. We were seven people and stayed for a week. Truly an amazing experience. I highly recommend this house. Also, the management company was really good and responsive as well. Well worth it. The kids tires under-sell how great the house is.
