The large entertaining deck, complete with a BBQ and hot tub, offers stunning lakefront views, making this custom-built home a perfect retreat. With 3,200 sq ft of living space. It's ideal for hosting family and friends. Enjoy fantastic lake views from nearly every window.

Please Note:
The property does not have central AC. Portable AC units can be provided.
Maximum occupancy: 12 during the day and 6 at night.
Gatherings and events exceeding the maximum occupancy are prohibited.
Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2.
Renters will be issued parking placards, which must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard. Parking is only permitted in designated areas. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fine.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and will be strictly enforced.
We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.
