The large entertaining deck, complete with a BBQ and hot tub, offers stunning lakefront views, making this custom-built home a perfect retreat. With 3,200 sq ft of living space and parking for four cars, it's ideal for hosting family and friends. Enjoy fantastic lake views from nearly every window.

Please Note:
The property does not have central AC. Portable AC units can be provided.
Maximum occupancy: 12 during the day and 6 at night.
Gatherings and events exceeding the maximum occupancy are prohibited.
Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 2.
Renters will be issued parking placards, which must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard. Parking is only permitted in designated areas. Failure to comply may result in a $500 fine.
Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and will be strictly enforced.
We also ask that you sign our stay agreement.
