This charming two story Saltaire beach house has five bedrooms, a living room, private study, two full baths, spacious deck, and an outdoor shower cabin. Combining cozy and spacious with patio dining that seats 10 and includes lounge chairs and a grill, this house is perfect for big summer family & friend gatherings. Ideally located on one of Saltaire's most convenient walks, it is steps from the bay, the ocean, the ferry & the village store. Just listed - more photos coming soon!

Please Note: The Village of Saltaire is a residential and family-oriented community consisting almost exclusively of family-owned and occupied homes and lacking any hotel, rooming house, condominium or other similar multi-residential dwelling or commercial enterprise catering to renters or transient individuals. As such, in order to preserve the peaceful nature of the community, and in keeping with chapter 46 of the village code, a rental form will be provided and guests must return the form no less than ten days before the rental period begins so that the rental form may be filed with the Village administrator.
