Mid century gem located in the heart of historic East end on a quiet cul de sac street just .7 miles to St Luke’s, 1.2 to downtown and .7 to the greenbelt. Two minute walk to foothill trail. The home has a living room as well as a family room with large glass doors overlooking patio and private back yard. Well stocked kitchen. Private room for office or computer work. Lots of original art. Blackout curtains in all bedrooms, newer mattresses on the firm side with 100% cotton sheets. Full laundry room. 2200sf. Clean and bright.

Awesome location!!!!!!!’

We stayed here for BSU parents’ weekend and it was perfect! The backyard is beautiful and peaceful! The home is clean, spacious and super close to downtown Boise!
