House

We enjoyed all the walking nature trails nearby. Indian rock beach was the closest. It was a 20 min drive. Bathroom should be upgraded. Bed was comfortable.

Basic Needs Were Met

We unfortunately found our stay pretty uncomfortable here. Overall cleanliness (odor, flies in drains, oily floors) was lacking. The owner was very communicative and apologetic when I messaged him in the middle of our stay- apparently a guest with dogs had stayed there for a month prior to our arrival. We ended up leaving a day early because we could not stay there any longer. Owner refunded us for half the amount, but honestly it wasn’t enough. Beaches are about 20 minutes away, we were told less than 10. It appears to have some updates, but the bathroom is falling apart, no closet doors, no outdoor lights… it’s all just not in great condition, and we were surprised to find it that way after reading previous reviews. While we appreciated the communication with the owner, I think it’s important to be transparent for potential guests to not be as surprised as we were.

Perfect getaway

Matt was great with communication and checking in during stay to ensure everything was great. The house was very clean and had basic necessities needed for our stay and cookware/coffee pot/blender and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!! We enjoyed our stay so much and such a great location to being just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend!!

Like being home!

This home was in a great location, was clean and comfy! Matt was so easy to communicate with and my family enjoyed our stay! Space was clean and beds were comfy. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay out the crazy busy tourist areas with a short drive to to fun!
