Property manager very quick to respond. House was exactly as described. If you are looking for convenient location, and priced well, this is good. If you are looking for 5 star hotel, up your minimum price point.

Needs love
We arrived early and asked for an early check-in in and the host said no, that they had guests. When we got there, the water heater didn't work, and the lawn guy was mowing high grass. The host did repair the water heater, but the shower nozzle is wrong, so there are no warm showers, just hot or cold. The house lacks love! The bed feels like you are sleeping on springs, and the sheets are not soft. Towels need replacing, and the essential amenities are lacking. During our 5-day stay, we were only provided 1 trash bag and 1 roll of John Wayne toilet paper. There is no hair dryer. There are also steps going into the dining room, bathroom and kitchen. If you arent careful its easy to trip. The property certainly lacks landscaping, which is gorgeous throughout the rest of the neighborhood, just not this house. The house backs up to water, but you cant see it due to all the trees. It would have been really helpful to have a guide or book to reference parks, restaurants, etc in the area. Like I said, this house just lacks the love that other hosts offer.
This little cottage was perfect for our stay. It is tucked in a very nice neighborhood. Close to many things, the beach, stores. When we come to stay in this area I would book this place again!
Also, we wanted to stay close to the family who were at Indian Shores Beach. This listing is six minutes away and close to a lot of conveniences. Good value.

Perfect for our family. Well stocked with anything we could need. Huge grassy area to play catch with our son. Great communication with the host.
I honestly was really pleased with this home. It was private, spacious (more than I expected) and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We went for a wedding with our children and I honestly would not hesitate to book this home again. Great experience
This cottage was exactly what we needed, a 3 bed 1 bath with a huge private yard. The cottage felt like home away from home. Not far from the beaches either. The property manager Harriet was very nice and responsive to our every need. I would rent again.
Check in was seamless, house was clean. Plenty of starter supplies, which we paid forward by replacing what we used. Secluded cottage. Didn't hear any neighbors our entire stay. This was our second t8me to visit Harriet's cottage and will stay again if we come to Seminole
The whole experience was great. I hope to go back soon . Just a short ride to the beach, shopping was close by. Only thing I do wish there was a pool but other than that . No problems . I loved it.
Very comfortable with the extra large yard for the dogs. The only drawback: We were looking for places that our dogs could swim and that became a little hard. Most beaches are a short drive a way but the dog beaches are much farther. Fort De Soto and Clearwater Beach at Somerset Street are great dog beaches but a distance away.

It was clean inside...ac was great..
Charcoal grill was not cleaned someone for got to emty it..we did not need it.back door has a big gap and ant were crawling in ..everything was pleasant for the stay..thank you for the nice clean stay...it was appreciated..it was hot 100 degrees.
Harriet was so welcoming and accommodating. Harriet always made sure she communicated with me in a very quick manner. I was also really grateful that I was able to extend my stay for an extra day. I would love the opportunity to rent this property again later in the year. The location is very centralized. My review is a little scattered, but I'd say because I can't find the words needed to describe just how amazing this property was. Thank you Harriet!
The property was in a great location - close to the beach, 20 min from St Petersburg and other activities. The house had more space than we thought. There wasn't a dishwasher and the kitchen was lacking a few items, but we made do and it was fine. Harriet was easy to communicate with. Nice walk-in shower. We sat out on the patio every day with coffee and read or planned our day. Nice big yard for the dog. The neighborhood was nice and great for walks. Close to some great parks and the botanical gardens. If we are back in this area, we would stay again.

The property was as shown. The outdoor living space was in poor condition with a lot of uneven surfaces. The landscaping was nonexistent so you were pretty much looking at a mowed down field. You are surrounded by trees or brush so you cannot see the water. The front gate is tarped so you cannot see out. The gate was a nuisance to open and close each time you left the property. If you are looking for privacy, this would be a good place for you. If you want to relax in the backyard like we were looking for this is not the place for you.
Horrible! Stayed one night and found other accommodations. The place was not clean, bathroom was dark and stinky. It looked liked the place was pieced together with several other houses. The washer and dryer in the garage were rusting. The house was on a piece of land that reminded me of a pasture. No driveway and had to walk through two inch rainwater to get to the front door. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
