Perfect set up for relaxing, celebrating life events or small family gatherings. Imagine yourself in a serene, family friendly private home on one of the most picturesque view-lots available. The neighborhood offers walking /hiking/jogging trails and quiet seclusion and has children's playgrounds throughout the community. The best surfing beaches in Southern California are a 15-20 min idyllic drive away (Dana Point, San Clemente and San Onofre). Laguna and Newport (The Wedge) are just 10-15 minutes further.
The house has a lot to offer, fruit trees, private pool, jacuzzi, ultrared light sauna, outdoor BBQ and Trager (smoker), ping pong table, trampoline, hot tub for up to 8 adults, amazing west-facing sunset views, home theater w/ surround sound, and a modern clean beach vibe throughout the house. Separate office with high and low desks, walking treadmill under high desk and 2 large monitors. Come, relax and spend some time in Paradise!

Great property in nice neighborhood

This is a nice home in a nice neighborhood. Keep in mind that heating the pool and hot tub will cost extra but the owner was very easy to work with

Relaxing beautiful staycation

We loved this home. The owner was amazing and always available if we needed anything. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing with a great sunset view. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. Would 100% recommed this home for others.

Front door was not lockable from outside, there were no instructions on how to use anything, no requirements as to what do when leaving (strip beds, towels need to be washed etc...)towels were well used, no drip coffee maker just an expresso machine.

Dear Marianne, we wish that you would have reached out to us on your first day of your stay regarding the towels and the coffee maker. The property is equipped with top of the line coffee machine and we would have gladly purchased a drip coffee maker if that was your preference. There are so many towels available for guests in several cabinets and would have gladly walked you through if you had notified us the first day. The keypad works fine but as explained to you over the phone ypu just had to pull the door towards you a little bit after entering the code.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Southern California. The layout of the house gave many options for being together or spreading out. The kids could've spent the entire time in the pool. Our family has rented many houses over the years, and this was one of our favorites. The age range of our family was young kids to our senior parents.

Great for family getaway

We stayed at the house for a wedding in the area. There wa aplenty of room for my family to spread out. Neighborhood is very nice, and the house was as described. Pool and hot tub were great to have during down time at the house. Host was very responsive. All around great experience

What a great spot!

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this one was hands down our favorite. The house was a great size for our family of 6. We loved everything about the house from the heated pool and hot tub to the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were super comfortable as well. It’s in a great neighborhood with a nice market and restaurants nearby. We were able to easily make it to Dana Point, Laguna Beach, and Huntington Beach all within around 35 min. We look forward to hopefully having the opportunity to stay here again!

Bridal shower

We needed a place to have a bridal shower and the host allowed for us to have our gathering in his home. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed!!! The display of dishes that were available to use in this home were exquisite!!! Great communication with our host. Everything was perfect!

Wonderful stay

My family had a wonderful stay at the house. Spacious and clean house with outstanding amenities. My kids really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Paul communicated quickly and proactively. A quiet planned development with outstanding views. We appreciated they had soaps, shampoos, and a kitchen full of dishes and appliances. We grilled and spent a lot of time relaxing. Well done!

What I expected and more

Paul has an excellent home. It had plenty of room for a party of 6. Hanging out at the pool and spa was the perfect place to spend the afternoon. Proximity was also close to our festival - being a short 10 min drive. I would stay here again if headed back to Orange County. Thank you for helping to make great memories. Jeff
