We have parking spaces available for reservation in the buildings lot. The costs are $20 per night. Due to limited spaces, parking is available on a first come, first serve basis. The kitchen was equipped for cooking. Although there are no serving dishes. The apartment qas very clean. It was family friendly for my teenagers but it would be nice have some more activities ( games, cards, etc.. ) The Punch Bowl Social is a quick walk away and that was a game changer for my teens. Think indoor games; pool, bowling, ping pong, board games, verse gaming, etc.

Lovely accommodations. Spacious with lots of windows. We loved the views of San Diego at night. Penthouse is the way to go. There was a grocery store across the street. We were able to walk to many areas of the city. Our hosts had everything ready for us and were prompt answering our questions.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in San Diego. The location was great as it was close to the Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, Balboa Park, and a trolley stop. Having a balcony and the view from the roof were a bonus. We loved staying here!

We loved the location of the property, as we were going in different directions each day for college tours. Very easy access. Also super close the Little Italy and Gas Lamp, which has amazing food.
