Come and enjoy a spacious and peaceful stay at this charming recently updated home! We are just 10 minutes from the beach, St. Johns Town Center, & 5 minutes from the Mayo clinic. We are in the middle of everything but it feels like the countryside with a lake in the backyard and beautiful trees surrounding the home! We have a screened in back porch for you to enjoy the beautiful nature in the back yard. Watch the geese swim along in the little lake, the turtles bathe in the sunshine and the frogs serenade you in the evening. As we are centrally located, you can easily come and go doing all the different activities you love to do in Jacksonville. We are just 5 minutes from the beautiful Castaway Island Preserve where there is a public canoe launch and plenty of parking. There is a Publix along with many other food options and restaurants within a 2-3 minutes drive. We have everything you need for a relaxing time in Jacksonville.
