Historic downtown Lewes is an easy walk to explore the quaint shops and restaurants and, on the way back, stroll the marina walkways and ask fishermen about their catches. Several skilled captains will take you on rewarding fishing trips, including catching the wily taug - a local delicacy.

PRIVATE WATERFRONT BALCONY… Enjoy Waterfront Dining from your private Newly Expanded Balconies, with outdoor table and chairs. A great way you end your day relaxing and experience the breath-taking sunsets across the waters of Lewes Harbour and the famous Overfalls Lighthouse Ship. The kitchen is fully equipped with Dishes, Cups, Wine Glasses, Utensils and Cookware, including a Coffee Maker and Grinder, Coffee Filters, Coffee Press, Blender & Toaster. FYI… There is Dish, Hand Soap, Cleaning Products, and Complementary Toilet Paper and roll of Paper Towels.

2-BATHS… The main bath has a walk-in shower, The Guest Bedroom Bath has a Tub-Shower combo.

2-BEDROOMS… The Main Bedroom, overlooks the Harbour with sliding doors onto the balcony w/a queen bed & Built-ins. The 2nd bedroom is the Guest suite offering 2 Twins, built-ins and a Private Bath. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. (Beds have Mattress Protectors, Mattress Covers, High Quality Pillows & Pillow Covers and Quilts for your convenience.) FYI…Linens are not included. Linen rentals are available upon request.

THE BEACH is in walking distance from the condo... just around the corner.

BIKING…Bring or rent your Bikes. There are Bike racks at Lewes Harbour for your convenience! Biking is the way to go to explore Lewes & the Beaches areas. There are many bike paths in and around Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park... A great way to explore Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk is through Cape Henlopen State Park! Ride into a quiet, fantastic world of wetlands, wild birds, and amazing water views, things you can only see by Biking. Sometimes, it is even faster to go to Rehoboth Beach from Lewes by bike!

FISHING & CRUISING… Watching the Boater, Cruisers and Fishing Boats go past your Balcony is fun to watch, but don’t be just a spectator… take advantage and go out on our Sunset or Dolphin Cruises, or simply go fishing…there is nothing like being out on the water and the relaxation of Boating on the Delaware Bay or Atlantic Ocean!

We loved our first time to Lewes!! We loved the location of the condo. Everything was great! The unit is almost fully updated. Updates done are nice and place was very clean. Only downside was queen room. A new bed is needed plus room darkening curtains would have been nice. I would definitely stay here again if they replaced the bed.

Wonderful 4-night stay. Great location - walking distance to both town and beach. The canalfront balcony is such a nice place to start and end your day and the pool overlooking the canal was the perfect way to cool off from the heat. There was even a band playing in the park across the canal Thursday night and we got to enjoy the whole concert right from our balcony! Definitely take advantage of the marina while staying here, we took a boat ride with Cape Water Tours and it's a 2-minute walk from the unit.

Beautiful setting, great location.

We loved staying on the canal close to town and the beaches. We enjoyed sitting on the porch/balcony watching the sun set as the boats went by.

Great for Girls Weekend

Wonderful location to be walkable to town and to beach. Beautiful views from balcony. Loved that the unit had 2 full bathrooms, and A/C in main room plus one of the bedrooms.

Comfortable condo in Lewes with a gorgeous balcony. Enjoyed being close to Cape Henlopen State Park. Loved watching the boats and the sunsets from the balcony.

Better than advertised!

This property was even better than listed in every way! The location was perfect—a short walk into Lewes and a short walk to the beach! The beds were more comfortable than other properties we’ve stayed in, and the a/c worked like a champ to cool us off after the July 4th weekend heat! The view from the balcony was a picture postcard—the boats in the canal, the sunset, the park across the way, and the Boat Parade! Our host Robin thought of everything, from the small appliances to some CDs and DVDs to the adorable decorative details in each space. We will hope to book this property again!

Great condo, Great location!!!

We stayed in the condo over the weekend, just my daughter and I. The unit was clean and well decorated. The host was fantastic - she helped me out after I didn't read the listing carefully and didn't realize I needed to order linens! She was prompt, friendly, and really went out of her way to help us. The location is fantastic. Close to town, close to the beach, and the pool just re-opened which we took full advantage of. Great place to stay!!

My reservation was "upgraded", so instead of a place for 5 people we ended up with a place for 4 people. Instead of a sofa bed in the living room we had a regular sofa, which I was told was very big. But it wasn't big enough even for me and I am 5'2" tall.

Great location, needs some love

The condo served its purpose to provide a perfect location with access to the beach, restaurants, shops and a beautiful view. The pool on property was great and the patio was so nice for coffee and evening drinks. However, be prepared to bring your own amenities…there are no helpful items in the kitchen for cooking aside from the cookware, such as basic salt and pepper or cooking spray. Little items like this would have been hugely appreciated. The requested check out/cleaning procedures left us wondering why there was a cleaning fee. While the property seemed relatively clean upon arrival, our blackened feet from walking around barefoot on day one told us otherwise and when we went to clean up at check out, we realized as we were sweeping up a lot of hair that was from no one in our family, the cleanliness could really be improved from the cleaning crew.At this price point, there’s definitely room for improvement, which includes providing bed linens and towels…not sure we’d return to this specific rental, but definitely to the general location.
