Unwind at this stunning cozy and family friendly beachside home. The house was lovingly built with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and simple yet charming feel. Enjoy star gazing or roasting marshmallows or having a bbq in the fire pit in the backyard. The house is located in Laguna Beach, a beach with unspoiled, sugar white sand and curling surfing waves. Shops and restaurants are only three-minute drive away to the beach , convenient, peaceful and secluded.

Clean, comfortable and dog friendly!

Very nice and clean little beach house. We enjoyed our stay with our two small dogs. George ( the host) was very easy to communicate with, great host!

The house was a perfect size for our family of four. Close to beach access and lots of restaurants. Check-in was easy and the host was great! The neighborhood was quiet. Having a fenced in backyard is definitely a plus when bringing a dog.

This was a really pleasant experience. The house was very tidy and clean. The check-in process and communication was also really great. George is a wonderful host and allowed us to have a great vacation without worries!

PCB Baseball Getaway

We came to PCB for a baseball tournament, and this place fit our needs perfectly! As a family of 4 with 2 nearly grown kids, it gave us space, them space and together space. Everything was clean and well cared for. Host was easy to communicate with. We walked to the beach from the house. Excellent stay!

Cozy Beach House

This was such a cozy little beach house. My husband and I had rented it for the Kick Off Jam which was cancelled so we decided to go anyway. We had a great time, beach access was just up the road. Far enough away from all of the crowds but close enough to go out to each and listen to great music. The owner was always super nice and available on the spot. Would highly recommend!

The accommodations were just what we needed for our week stay in PCB. It was a centralized location to the venue and to other attractions we were interested in. The home was close to eating and shopping, had a nice walking path, and came with the necessities to make our stay comfortable. The communication before, during and after were courteous and prompt.

Cozy house, responsive host!

Great house with all the basics you need. My husband and I loved staying here for our vacation! I appreciate that the rooms had simple design, relaxing space. No tacky beach decor or ugly flipflop posters, personal plus! Convenient location for 30A and PCB. Quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive, immediately answering messages which was very helpful several times when we needed them throughout the stay.

House is super cute, clean and simple. Easy parking at front of house. Fenced in backyard, with sensor lights for the evening. Overall it's a quiet non-busy street right off of 98. There are a few drawbacks, there is not a table, just a high top bar in the kitchen. There was a kiddie pool in the backyard, and boogie boards and a charcoal grill. The blue chairs were cozy, but one is broken and my husband tumbled out of it, very funny memory. There were just 4 towels, 4 hand towels and 2 wash rags. I would suggest for backup towels to be stored in the bedroom closets, I did see the master closet had extra blankets and pillows to use with the sofa bed. George and Jullan were very helpful! We had a blast and really enjoyed the house! :)
