This cabin sleeps up to 5 guests and features a full kitchen, gas fireplace, and updated furnishings throughout. Enjoy river access, a Roku TV for streaming, Wi-Fi, a Keurig coffee maker, and all essentials included for a comfortable stay.

Nicky’s Resort is a small, classic Estes Park riverfront retreat with just 22 refreshed rooms, offering a laid-back alternative to large hotels. Guests enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool, propane BBQ grills, riverfront seating, a wood-burning fire pit, and lawn games including cornhole and putt-putt. A full-service restaurant and bar is located just across the bridge next to the property.

Close to everything yet not in town

Cabin was nice had everything we needed But did not like that my view was the hotel Need to put trees to block the hotel and garage shed
