First floor efficiency end unit located inside the award winning World Tour Golf Course. *Located just a few minutes from area shopping, airport, area attractions, and of course the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.

*Can accommodate 2 guests.

*Small Kitchenette is fully equipped with all basics.

*Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and smart TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with white card. Access card must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle.
