This home has been nicely updated and has plenty of room for 6 adults. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently located near several grocery stores. My family had a very enjoyable time staying here and will likely stay here again for our next visit.

The overall size of the property accommodated our group size well and having four king beds with three full baths were not a common find. We also enjoyed the hot tub, quiet neighborhood, and easy accessibility to main roads. However, the house's inability to maintain a comfortable temperature as the day's heating progressed and the odor left from the washing machine in our clothes were two key reasons we would not likely consider rebooking on our next Sedona visit. Thankfully, there was some forethought from the host in providing several box fans in advance and signage on the machine to leave the washer door open when not in use, but unfortunately the issues remained.

Beautiful, Clean, Great Location

We loved staying here. The location was close to everything we needed and super close to all the tour pick ups we wanted to take. The outdoor area was lovely and everything was very clean. Can’t beat 4 rooms with 4 king sized beds!

Perfect Location

Super cute house in a lovely neighborhood with close access to several trails and stores. Perfect for our girls trip, plenty of space to spread out and cozy spots to chat. Would definitely stay here again!

Simple and easy process to check-in. Great communication with Jared throughout as well. House is perfectly located for walk and hikes from the house or short drive. Everything as is shown in pictures. The beds were firm and the water was HOT... great experience would stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation House

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful house in West Sedona. Immaculately clean and perfect for our 2 families with teenagers and young adults. Can walk to trails and restaurants. Great hot tub and beautiful backyard with multiple seating areas. Highly recommend!

Amazing Home

We LOVED our stay in Sedona! We had been traveling in hotels for 8 nights and decided to switch it up last minute to stay here. Man, we were so stoked when we walked in! So nice to make dinner, have a dip in the hot tub, sit by the fire pit, play cards on the table, etc.

Nice and Easy

The house is a good size with good size bedrooms. Our family loved the location and neighborhood. The backyard was lovely for morning coffee. Easy access to trails and a quick drive to groceries. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect

The house, the property were clean, beautiful and convenient. The neighborhood was close to all. Gorgeous and we would stay again. We had 5 women and plenty of room for all. The hot tub actually works and is hot too!

Magical vacation

This home is beautiful. The view was amazing! We were so pleased with the home. Everything was perfect. Super clean, beautiful home with all the amenities. It was also close to hiking trails. Everything was close by. I would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Location

As a family, we were very impressed with how clean and nice this home was and the views were astounding, we enjoyed pulling up to the house daily and seeing Capital Butte in front of us.The location was absolutely perfect, close to many of the hikes we chose to do and close to the uptown shopping area. In the evenings we enjoyed the hot tub and having a campfire in the backyard, twice during our stay we were blessed with the parade of Javelinas walking along the side yard.Overall, this stay helped enhance our experience and family vacation in Sedona and having King Size beds in each of the four bedrooms was a plus. Looking forward to coming to Sedona again and would love to rent this house.

Fantastic place!

The house was very clean, organized and uncluttered. Jared is super responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything you need is there for a relaxing vacation. We were there with friends to ride the nearby mountain bike trails. The location was perfect and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a long day on the trails. No complaints and we would love to stay again if we return to Sedona. Do not hesitate to book this property. Five stars all around!
