Come enjoy this spacious, relaxing, upstairs studio apartment. This above garage studio is connected to an amazing custom built home. The home sits nestled in a lot surrounded by beautiful trees. From the balcony take in the terraced backyard and quiet sounds of nature. This studio is right around the corner from UWF and is centrally located to West Florida Hospital, shopping, & restaurants. It is 30 minutes to beautiful Pensacola Beach and 20 minutes to Downtown Pensacola! Please Note: FIRE PIT is for Owner's Use ONLY

The open floor plan and large windows make this studio feel welcoming and relaxing. A full kitchen with everything you need to make delicious meals. The living room/bedroom space is spacious for reading or watching TV. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and cozy towels.

The private studio entrance is upstairs at the back of the home. Please take the steps on the right side of the home and up the back stairs. A keypad code will be available to guests upon arrival.

Very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from the UWF campus. Publix, Walmart and Target are a short drive. Shopping/restaurants nearby.

Parking is available in the driveway. Please park to the far right of the driveway.

Private studio above garage connected to beautiful custom home. Studio has private entrance. There is a locked door between loft and house for emergency use only.

Nice Spot

Overall the space was nice, but strange. There is a stairwell that leads to the residence below which is unsecured for the renter, so they have access to the residential space below. We had to buy batteries in order to watch TV as the remote was dead, as was the clock on the wall. The resident below came home one night and watched a load action film late at night that was plainly audible in the rental space. There is not much sound deadening between the residence and rental space.
