This stylish studio is situated in a triplex where you will have your own private abode conveniently in central Pensacola. Spacious & unique, this suite provides a smart tv, newly constructed kitchen & bath, futon, cook top, retro appliances, and an ultra comfortable king-sized bed. Located in the back of the triplex gives you a quiet place to rest.

This is a spacious 2 1/2 car garage converted into a groovy mother-in-law suite. This unit is part of a triplex, but everything at the suite is privately yours. The only shared spaces are the driveway & outdoors.

This unit comfortably situates 2 people, however, the futon is quite comfortable for a kid or someone under 6 ft & willing to accommodate an extra person if needed- please just let us know!

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was nice. I have a couple of things that maybe would have made it more convenient; extra twin sheet, pillow, and blanket for the futon since we were bringing one child, a coffee maker, and a hair dryer. Overall it was a great little place not too far from everything.

Host was responsive & provided very clear check in/check out instructions. The bed was comfortable and the space felt more homey than a hotel. The house is split into three units but the doors are spaced out so that you don’t have interact with other guests. My only feedback for improvements would be better or more pillows and a key pad for unlocking the door. Having to keep up with the physical key & or opening the lock box each time wasn’t impossible but just punching in a door code would have been preferred. Would definitely stay here again!
