Waters Edge is one of the most desirable condominium properties on Okaloosa island.

Owner Managed. Enjoy Panoramic Oceanfront views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the emerald-green water & sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. From your beachfront private 5th floor balcony, you overlook the Gulf and two Gulf side private swimming pools, one of which is the largest on Okaloosa Island and the other is heated seasonally.

It is perfect for a quiet family getaway or vacationing with friends. It is pleasantly decorated and freshly painted with nine-foot ceilings and crown molding throughout. The master suit has a queen bed, 26" flat screen TV/DVD combo, ample closet space and a private bathroom. The two hall bunks have easy access to the full sized hallway bathroom. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

The Kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic cooktop stove. The new coffee pot is a dual regular coffee as well as Keurig. I provide Keurig coffee pods for your convenience. The spacious pub-style dining table has room for four and the granite topped breakfast bar provides additional seating. Fully stocked kitchen with new cookware and children friendly dishes as well.

The living room has a perfect view of the Gulf through its floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which lead to the large private balcony. There is a 30 " flat screen Roku TV/DVD combo in the living room with updated wifi. A sign next to the TV with a QR code for easy access to the updated WIFI. Full size front load Washer and dryer are in the unit for ease of washing those beach towels. Free Parking deck with covered parking and elevators make it easy to unload your car and groceries.

Located directly on the beach, 5 miles from Destin and 15 minutes away from Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS). Free WiFi, free on-site fitness Center. Poolside grassy playground and BBQ area are beachfront. Easy access to restaurants, water parks, miniature golf, amusement parks, Air Force Museum, Shopping, movie theaters, fishing and water sports.

Our Condo has complimentary Beach Service with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for rental by the Beach Service attendants.

High chair and pack & play with a bassinet insert available upon request. Please notify me in advance to make sure it is in the unit when you check in.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please on the morning of departure put the used towels in the washing machine and start with laundry detergent provided in the floor next to washer. My girl will dry as she cleans.
Please on the morning of departure put the coffee pot and filter in the dishwasher.
Please return the parking pass to the kitchen counter and text me when you leave so that I can alert my cleaning staff.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoyed our stay and loved this condo! The communication to check in and out was excellent and we even got info on which restaurants to try! There were so many things to love; our kids loved the bunk beds and the beach (added bonus that a set of beach chairs and umbrella are included in your stay to use)!

We had a perfect family vacation from beginning to end! The condo was very clean and roomy. Well supplied with all the cooking utensils we needed. Renee (the owner) was very informative and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely book this condo again!!
