Scottsdale Entertainment District in Old town and the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall is a short 7 mile drive away. Quick & easy access to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport -- less than 10 minutes away.

Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living & formal dining area, there`s plenty of space for you & your guests to spread out while offering privacy when needed. Kitchen has been fully remolded & is stocked with all cooking essentials. Washer & dryer are shared with the other unit in a common wash room on premises. There is an additional separate studio in the building (completely separate living space & entry) that can sleep 2 additional guests. If extra space is required, please ask about us about availability, thank you!

You`ll have access to the entire home.

This was a charming little house that was perfect for our visit. Kitchen sufficient for meals, including preparing a Mongolian stew for 6. Location walkingly close to many convenient stores, ASU campus, etc. Plan to try to get this house again on our next visit to Phoenix/Tempe.
