Breathtaking property located near Paris Mountain State Park, Travelers Rest, & Downtown Greenville! This stone house built in the 1930's is surrounded by 9 acres! In all 3 rooms you'll find King beds, full bathrooms & smart tvs. There are two big wood burning fireplaces in the sitting rooms, with a large wrap around super comfy couch in the great room to enjoy the fireplace & 70" tv. Amazing porch w/ rocking chairs, to see deer & turkey, & adirondacks to enjoy the fire pit. Steam Room upstairs!
This place has charm & character and is reminiscent of a miniature Grove Park Inn. The stone was quarried on site when the home was built in the 1930's & has wood paneling, ceiling beams, and 2 massive fireplaces. The upstairs room has a steam room inside the shower and a skylight to stargaze in bed. Very comfy and perfect for entertaining.

Cyclists flock to this area and from the driveway are known routes up and down the mountain. Paris Mountain State Park and downtown Travelers Rest are about 4 miles away, Furman University is about 2 miles, and Downtown Greenville is about 5 miles away. Front and back decks with a propane grill, covered garage, basketball goal and corn hole boards.

Furman Graduation

We stayed at the property for our sons graduation. It was better than expected. Great privacy, well stocked kitchen and proximity to Furman was perfect. We had a great time! Thank you

Beautiful Stone Cottage

Lovely home, very spacious for larger groups. The property is gorgeous and private. Loved sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine. Kitchen was great. Well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Hunter was great to work with. Would definitely stay again!
