THE SPACE

Enter through a warm foyer and climb one flight of stairs to a sun soaked open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining, and living space. A covered back porch and designated work space also boast ample area to spread out and work/relax. The open staircase will then lead you to the third level featuring two bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, plus a laundry area. The Master bedroom offers a luxurious hotel inspired King-sized bed, tile shower, and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom offers the same comforts in a queen with a walk-in closet and bathtub/shower combo.

The place is decorated beautiful. Chase checked in multiple times during our stay to make sure we were set and didn’t need anything. The bed was also very comfortable! Close to downtown and a 1 min walk to Starbucks- I will stay there again. Would recommend it highly!

Great place minutes from Bob Secours arena and downtown. Came down from Asheville for the night for a concert. Place is quiet, safe and was everything we were looking for. Very clean and easy check in process.

This was our first time visiting Greenville. The city was great but our visit was made even better by staying at the Fleetwood. The decor was right out of a magazine and we had all the amenities we could have wanted or needed. Much better lodging than staying in a hotel.
