On a tight budget, it's just okay!
The property sits at the end of an average older neighborhood with some nice, decent and run down homes. The driveway is extremely steep with step running between the concrete so you can park on the street and walk up if you don't want to risk damage to your car. The yards surrounding the vrbo are overgrown and not maintained so you'll feel like you're in a poor part of town. The unit itself in downstairs from another rental on top. This is an old building so you hear EVERYTHING upstairs, which was the worst thing about our stay. Even though the folks upstairs weren't jumping around, the floor creaks like crazy and is really annoying especially when trying to sleep. For the most part, the unit was clean but there were lots of gnats flying around the lights and cluttered at the top of the windows probably from the door being left open prior to our stay. The bathroom is very small with a corner sink so if you're a larger person, it's something to consider. The unit is tight quarters but has a roomy kitchen and front room with one couch to watch tv. The A/C works very well! The shower has great pressure! The beds are comfortable enough once you find the right spot. The sheets on my bed were well past there prime but upon requesting another set, the manager gave me the code to the linen closet so I could get a brand new set. If you're on a tight budget with modest expectations, its probably okay. I wouldn't stay here again as I've found better vrbo's in the same price range.
